Centerstone Greenwood – Fry Road is a non-profit mental health clinic offering outpatient services for clients with substance use disorders. The facility provides a range of evidence-based therapies for addiction, including cognitive behavioral intervention therapy (CBIT), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), relapse prevention, 12-step facilitation, and employment coaching. Treatment is client-centered and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Centerstone participates in most Federal, State, and private health insurance programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE.
Air-Conditioned Rooms 
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

The people are very nice understanding and patient with you. Everybody is just wonderful.
NOT ABLE TO GET A APPOINTMENT SETUP WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION OR A GPS. I'm a 49 year old lady who can't handle the heat & I get sick easily due to past health issues. I have tried to call to talk to the owner who replied to me. Nobody would transfer me on the phone. Sorry, I don't have a vehicle or phone. Text apps & wifi connection.

Great place. Friendly people first you have to want help then you can receive help. Most bad comments will most likely come from negative people who don't want help

I’ve always been well taken care of by the staff I see at centerstone, very flexible and willing to accommodate. I’m grateful for the meaningful change that their service has created in my life.
So centerstone has actually helped me out quite a bit I was court ordered to do a certain class and they didn't think that class would help me. I ended needing a class called MRT. They went out of their way to get me into the class I needed. Which ended up helping me out a lot! Now I have successfully completed that class I'm doing therapy for my trauma. I really appreciate everyone that has helpede out to get the help that I need instead of just giving me what the court wanted.
July - Hoping these reviews aren't the case anymore. Did have to leave a voice mail. Need to send POA paperwork to them so I know what's going on with her. Will update soon. August 25th _ No one ever responded. My daughter is set up with therapy with them now but she went in and filled out a medications packet three weeks ago and no one can tell us the status. I have left three voicemails and my daughter keeps getting passed around on the phone. She is disabled and its very confusing for her. I'm thinking we will need to find somewhere else because the only thing they pick up the phone for is to pay a bill.
