Located near the corner of West Main St. and Jefferson St., the center provides outpatient treatment for adults managing substance use disorders (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), alcohol use disorder (AUD), stimulant addiction, meth addiction, depressant misuse, and marijuana use. Clients with co-occurring mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or trauma receive integrated support. The setting also offers LGBTQIA+-affirming care, with respectful, identity-inclusive services. Evidence-Based Care The team combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual therapy, and group counseling. Clients engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), psychoeducation, and relapse-prevention training. Medications such as buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, acamprosate, and disulfiram reduce cravings and stabilize withdrawal. Case managers assist with housing, employment, insurance, and legal referrals while providing harm-reduction education, naloxone training, routine screenings, and coordinated care planning for sustained recovery.
