Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

They don't keep confidentiality or respect HIPPA. You will hear about yourself from clients just like Columbia Wellness. Deborah Nelson(peer counselor)has threatened me publicly on a FB post Joy Herman made about me,states she is "willing to catch charges". Sherril Scheel w/LPDBHU informed me Ivan Nelson,Brandi Bate,Joy,were involved in a false report about me on May13,2025
Started drug testing and treating us like criminals for smoking marijuana. Was told I have to be drug tested every time I come in if I want to keep my adderral rx.
Never ever trust these people they will mess you up real bad and really quick. Avoid them at all costs. Let me fill you in. I was there for seven years and just like that they kicked me out because of something I said which got misinterpreted as a threat so be careful of what you say to these folks they will leave you abandoned and confused. Now they want me to contact them and only to be put on hold until they hang up you.
This clinic is bad I don't recommend. The doctors always said they would get me in contact with a prescriber, and never went through with it. They encouraged my self destructive habits, and kept changing out who my therapist was before I could make any important breakthroughs. They told my family I was having suicidal thoughts and tendencies when I wasn't, and they misdiagnosed me on a few occasions. they do not value your mental health and will repeat the same advice even when told it doesn't help or dismiss your concerns completely. Don't bother with this clinic unless you're looking to hire a yesman
When no one else cared to listen, Core Health did. I came to them at a time when I felt invisible—lost in the noise of a world that didn’t seem to notice I was struggling. Where others dismissed my pain or rushed to fix me without understanding, Core Health slowed down. They listened. Really listened. From the very first session, I felt seen, heard, and valued as a person—not just a diagnosis or a case file. The team created a safe space where I could be honest without fear or shame. They met me where I was, and walked beside me as I began to heal. Mental health care isn’t just about strategies and treatment plans—it’s about connection. And that’s what Core Health gave me. A genuine, human connection when I needed it most. I’ll never forget that. If you’re searching for someone to hear you—to truly care—Core Health is that place.
Hate to say this but I Will never be coming back, front desk staff are incredibly rude and all look like they hate their jobs. Colton is great but takes pto the day of 90 percent of my scheduled visits or is “out of office” when he’s only available two days a week it’s pretty inconsiderate and inconvenient. I’ve only seen him twice in almost three months because of this. This facility does not value patient care clearly or care about your time.
This place is no where I want my child going. The paperwork is definitely not meant for a child, it's very basic. Although, it seemed aimed at drug addiction and telehealth. I couldn't even get an appointment scheduled with intake before filling out the paperwork which they never sent. Second attempt I got excuses and buck passing.. when i did finally get the paperwork it was all labeled for someone over 10 years old. My child is 5. Along with phone tagand unreturned phone calls. 1st impression, with other reviews. It's a no for us.
I have been going here for about 4 years. I have been with the same counselor, but a few different psychiatrists. I love how friendly everyone is and how they make me feel welcome. Louri is my absolute favorite. She has been a blessing since day one for me at core health. I adore my counselor and feel without her, I would be so lost. Everything about core health is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend core health to anyone seeking this form of care!
