Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

A newer nice medical office facility.
HORRRRRIBLE!! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!!
During COVID19 they will not even call in a prescription for you, tell you, that you need to be see but no appt for a week? and no virtual available for same? you have to suggest going to med check to get them to call in appt? No compassion, no help, id call some one else I miss DR Gates!!!
Great doctors but too long of a wait for front desk ladies to answer the phone. Shouldn’t have to sit on the phone for 25-30 minutes waiting on someone to answer the phone when every time you go into the office they’re all just sitting there staring at their computer screens or chit chatting with their co workers. Also have a bad habit of calling BEFORE their office hours to try and reschedule appointments or give test results but you can’t call them back because their office is closed and it’s before their business hours so you have to wait until they open to call but then you have to sit on the phone for 20-30 minutes just waiting on someone to answer.
WORST OFFICE EVER! I wish there was a 0 star rating. This doctor is AWESOME, but her office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. I would never recommend this doctor's office to anyone, STAY AWAY. You will not get your medical information from them easily, and you'll have to write a medical release of information to get your own information. I had to take off work just to get it after requesting for several days. They never called me back when I called them (4-6 times over several days) they have no voicemail for you to request anything from them or to set up an appointment. They refused to offer other solutions to get my information and I went in loops multiple times with the office staff and manager. I should have known better from the way they treated me when I first arrived at the office to established as a new patient. It took an hour and a half for them to take my information. She entered it in four different times before it was correct. Then at my first visit they asked me if I would to do a pelvic exam (4 days after the vaginal birth of my daughter) which I refused. Then they had me take a blood test and didn't tell me I had to fast and I wasted money and time on the test since the results were invalid. They never asked me to schedule a next appointment for my newborn which I took there at 4 days old. When they finally did call me for her two month appointment, it was only after another doctor's office was trying to get information on my daughter and told me her appointment was late (she was three months then). Mind you, they had not once called me to set up the appointment until a month late. On a separate occasion, I went to ask for medical records for my daughter they refused to give them to me except if I came in and picked them up at the office. I fought with them for 3 days to fax it to me, sent a medical release of information and they still refused to send it via fax, even though I am her legal guardian and mother and gave all appropriate information to receive records. They even refused to send me a blank form for their Medical Release paperwork since the one from my office wasn't good enough, stating it was a HIPAA violation to send a blank form (it's not). When I requested the information again they said they didn't house their documentaton there, which was a lie, because they could print it and have it there for me in person, but apparently they couldn't "send it any other way". Every time I called they were incredibly rude, or lied, and we're very unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT GO THERE!!
They have the best Doctors
No compassion. No empathy. They stamp a label on you 5 minutes in and seemingly have no awareness that everyone is different. When i said i couldn't afford their "treatment" plan of 4 group therapy sessions a month plus individual, i was told i'm "in the wrong place". This is a great example of the broken healthcare system in America. If you need therapy get it somewhere besides the walmart of the industry.
