This place sucks!! No one that works there gives a damn about ur recovery!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone! It says a lot when u can't even keep enough doctors working there for the amount of patient's being seen!! I never write reviews, but this place is that horrible that I decided to write this! Go somewhere that actually cares not this hell hole!! If ur not really ready for sobriety then this place is perfect for u!! Good luck!!

Honestly hands down a life send for me was clean slate. Some of the most caring,loving, compassionate women work here. I have been going for awhile now and it’s saved my life. I truly owe this place everything. I’m so grateful that clean slate exists.
I have been going there for about two years it is quick and convenient but here lately their trying to force counseling on me so I said I will just go to my primary doctor if they do and I would hate that because the staff are my friend and I had good relationship and would hate to lose that but if I have too I will.
First I will say the office staff are amazing . They truly care about you and what your going through. NOW the NPs ... not so much The first time I went she told me that she couldn't write me Suboxone because I had a script of oxycodone a week before... ok I get that and asked what I should do because naturally I was sick as a dog. Her relay was do whatever you have done!! I said what buy off the street ?? So I was turned away Ok the next time I went I seen a different NP from BowlingGreen. So i decided I would be 100% honest with her which OMGSH I should have lied !!!!! Not only did this woman not help me , she told me I was committing fraud against my work comp plus she wanted to call my family doctor about what he prescribes!!!! I ended up walking out Now not only can i not go to that office she banned me from ALL Clean Slate offices !!!!! Unreal
