Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I’ve gone to Columbia River Mental Health as a client for 10+ years I got the much needed help I needed to be stable with my diagnoses. I now longer go here as a client because I have been now working here for the company for 3 years and love it. Great people to receive services from and also great people to work for.
I’ve been in therapy since I was like 4, out of all the places I’ve been, this one is the best, nice people , quiet place, safe.
They honestly dont care about your mental health. full stop.
Been a long time client here and most of it has been good up until they abruptly closed the clinic without notice to patients in April 2025. No notice on when it would resume services and would not give a reason why they shut down. I waited and waited for a response. Now 2 months later I call back and they said they tried to contact me twice, which I never received either, said my case was closed and aren't accepting new patients. I had a great attendance history, most therapists I had were great, receptionists were amazing but the administration is garbage. You don't just abruptly close a clinic for those who need services, not give a reason and claim you called back twice. It's horrible business practice and shows they don't care about patients.
Reception is amazing as always!! Reception Rocks!! Current: They messed up medication location and won't help me to solve the problem .. so I haven't had Duloxetine high doses for over 4 days because of the New prescriber and Columbia Rivers inaction... Talking to my lawyers right now! All they have to do is get back ahold of me to stop litigation ..sad.?
My experience is awful because I was given a medication that was clearly not good for me.I was constantly shaking and twitching and was not able to have control of my body or my mind.I was left on this medication until I went to a different doctor.I am now having terrible anxiety and depression as a result of being on the medication for so long .I was visibly noticeably not well yet nobody at CRMHS offered me any help.
To those who are surprised they closed, you are very lucky.
NO THANK YOU.
