Located near the intersection of Highways 16 and 17, Crossroads Treatment Center Independence offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across Kenton County and the surrounding area, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. On-site parking is available. Treatment Methods Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Independence offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Methadone, Brixadi, and Sublocade (injections). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
