Horrible. Absolutely trash service. Im in complete shock that the nurse is even able to work with mental health patients. They lied about charges and then the nurse yelled at me for it. She had me in tears from the lack of compassion or care. I have spoken with the appropriate people. No one has called back. So now I will be reporting this facility to the state. BBB will be contacted to file a formal complaint. As far as the nurse the moment I get her medical id or name shes being reported as well. Do better for people who need therapy. But the worst was the lying about testing not costing when I have a massive bill in front of me with no options. They knew I wasn't able to work currently and I asked Cari 3 times if this test would cost. She directly said no each time. Funny because I have the bill sitting right here. Im not even upset for me anymore im so upset that that nurse is able to "care" for people. She was disgusting towards me.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would.

Grateful but will never ever deal with them again. They are far too concerned with their grants and updating their building and spending their money on themselves than to care about actual people. Made my life far worse than it was before i started with them.

So disappointed in the effort and lack of concern.

Couldn’t have asked for a better support system when my boys were going thru a very hard time. My kids loved going and talking to someone who could help them voice their feelings on what was going on at the time. They communicated with me and made sure I felt at ease with what was going on with them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when it was such a difficult time in our lives.

couldn't even get an appointment in. called once and was told that in order to make an appointment as a new patient I had to be redirected to a different line of theirs at a certain time and was told I'd be called back the next day. waited, no call. called on my own time a SECOND time and was told if they hadn't contacted me already, they'd contact me the next day.... again. guess what? i still hadn't been called back. if I need therapy it should be enough that I'm doing the work myself to try and reach out. I shouldn't have to beg for assistance when I'm already on my knees. it's been months since then and I forgot to leave a review but I'd gladly advise anyone seeking help as an outsider to look elsewhere.
