some staff were helpful and kind, i appreciate that they try very hard to provide transportation to appointments and respect MAT treatment patients and allow methadone love that, loved the staff, but, i felt ignored and also disrespected in the way that i wasn’t able to see a counselor or psychiatrist of any kind while i was there and i have severe bipolar and ptsd. i was suffering withdrawal and they were pretty slow to respond and get me on any medication and didn’t send me to detox because i had a clean UA since they took forever to get me in in the first place. i don’t mean to be such a downer and be negative i also had alot of positive experiences in group therapy and with staff, but i was picked on and pushed to my last limits while dope sick and mentally suffering. i felt like i was crying for help and no one could here it. just my honest truth no offense. i feel sorry for the staff that get underpaid as well.

Wow! My son had such bad alcohol withdrawals yesterday when he tried not to drink, ended up in the ER being stabilized for the next 7 hours! He chooses inpatient treatment and is forced to take a taxi(instead of a safe ride with his mom) in the middle of the night to Lifeline, this is after the nurse at the hospital and Lifeline employee do his intake and guarantee him a bed! Sooo he gets dropped off by a taxi in the middle of the night, pumped up on drugs from the hospital and Lifeline turned him away because he was not currently intoxicated. Just WOW! I am in shock of how broken this system is. No wonder this city is full of addicts

Lifeline saved my life. From detox to the crisis center to the women's residential facility. If i could give more stars i would. Lifeline believed in me when i didn't believe in myself. They loved me when i didn't know how to love myself. Sunni, Holly, Billie, April, Dallas, Daneka, and so many more poored into me what was so freely given to them when they were in my situation at one point. Tomorrow i will have 8 months. My life today is unrecognizable from what it used to be like. Today i get the honor of going back to share my experience with what Lifeline did for me. I will forever be grateful. I love you all so very much ❤️ thank you for saving my life ❤️

Lifeline Connections helps a lot of folks in so many ways; My experience has been in the Healing Animals Program in Equestrian Therapy or as I lovingly call it, Horsey Therapy. Equestrian Therapy helps people with mental health challenges that could be anything from PTSD to Depression, Anxiety, etc. A lot of folks think we ride the horses. That doesn't happen at all. Horses are remarkable beings. They teach us to regulate our emotions even after a stressful or traumatic event. I go to group and individual therapy. The sessions take place in a beautiful, safe, private setting. The horses and Lifeline staff are incredible. If you would like to know more, find it on Lifeline Connections. The food was pretty good. The facility is clean. An inexperienced nurse dosed me with Suboxone in less then twenty four hours after being admitted I soon found out that is against medical advice because it can cause a patient to go into precipitated withdraw and even cause then to have a ceasure. She was unapologetic and extremely rude when I began to have a ceasure on her office floor. I had a precipitated withdraw ceasure from being dosed too soon and was taking by ambulance to the emergency room. I completed my detox there and transitioned to there men's residential program. The Director of the facility did reach out to me. She was apologetic when finding out not only what I had endured from the night prescriber but also the distain and cold treatment I then received after being stabilized by the emergency room. There are better places to trust your own care or the care of a loved one too. Find them.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT WA HAS! Staff are Unprofessional, & unwillingly wanting to help anyone. It’s as if they’re Literally just there to “do their job (at minimum) & go home” which is understandable. However, if you have a simple request as far as a ‘ROI’ needing to be signed and sent to said probation officer, why does it take 3 attempts on 3 different occasions? Every time I call in, (lines are always busy). Every time you show up, hardly anyone’s there. Make it make sense & just say you don’t like your job & QUIT, find something that’ll suit YOU, idk maybe behind the scenes action like Amazon? Just good for thought, since you all seem to not give any. Seriously, helpless. Highly not recommended if you are trying to get courses done for court. These girls play too much games.

My counselor wouldn't listen to me about anything and when she did here me get upset it was my addict thinking. I needed to graduate on a certan date so I had a ride home and to get iop set up and cause it was inconvenient it was a no. When I was trying to coordinate a ride home she came out yelling. I wish I could say I had a good experience. No cigarette breaks. You were allowed a nicotine lossenges every couple hours no more and no less, and they had to be prescribed and controlled. We always had to be on time but the program didn't. Didn't get to keep in good touch with my wife for DHS, and Instead of doing anything about people ruining things they just took it away. windows bolted shut. Recycled air. Rarely went outside. That's all I'm gonna say. Thank you.

I did like that they went beyond the call of duty and reached out to my councilor when asked because the report I needed was the only thing that was keeping me on my probation. I did not like that it took so long for my counselor to communicate with my probation officer because I was enrolled in drug treatment in July and nothing was communicated till, I was almost done and had to initiate that communication and I also had to fill out another ROI out when I had already filed one out 12 weeks prior from the start of my treatment . I would like to change the fact that no one reached out to me during the time of my drug treatment. I did have one face to face meeting when I was in drug treatment.
