I was going to groups recover together and switched to Journey road. Here i feel heard and understood. They treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Things were good as fas as i knew. Until I learn from the one and only warning letter I've been testing positive for benzos for MONTHS. Without be granted a visit to comply with said warning I was dismissed NO opportunity to have a discussion, dismissed for having benzos in my system when I havent taken a benzo since 2010! But Journey Rd prescribes me medicine that can give a fake positive. I dont understand how you can be a treatment center and not question the patient about testing positive for benzos for MONTHS Ive left messages for an office manager and or my provider to return my call, I contacted the lab that tested my urine and they wont talk to the urine giver only the provider. Today I'm debating going back out. Returning to the places I worked so hard to escape.

This place sucks they treat people like crap and when you come in there from a different care provider and they just tell you no we don't feel.comfortable winging it off your xannx that can be deadly but we'll subscribe 120 subtext trash

Great place to help you get through your addiction problems. The staff is the best in the business. The Doctors are very professional and caring.

Ive been a patient for years. Dr k is the best doctor and really cares for his patients. This place really cares and looks at you like your human and not just recovery addict. The ladies at front desk are always so sweet and polite Miranda is really sweet . If your thinking of changing your life this place will help Thank you JOURNEY ROAD FOR SAVING MY LIFE. The other suboxone Dr's are really nice as well

What happened to the old front desk lady? The new woman up front became very hateful when I questioned her authority by asking to please have an earlier appointment time. I pick my child up from school an hour away at 2:00 p.m., and I needed my appointment much earlier than 1:00 p.m. I requested an early morning appointment. She said I will have to call and hope for a cancellation if I wanted to come in sooner. So I wait for a long time as usual for my actual appointment, and when I come back and get my appointment card she has set my appointment for after 2 p.m. and this was after making me wait in line for my appointment time for at least 5 minutes. After todays appointment I will be looking for somewhere else to go. This has been an amazing place for a long time, but it has drastically went down the drain in only a few months. (Don't get me started on the 3-hour waits) It doesn't matter if you have been coming to a place for nearly a decade, Journey road does not care about you anymore.

A great place that helps those with addictions,you may call and make appointment to get into this place,they are always fast at scheduling and always there for the help
