Dont want to say alot just that Mandy is on a power trip and abuses that power because she seems to just not care about patients or their rights or their patient confidentially or that clinic obviously because patients will pick up on things like this and be vocal about it on occasion and it shines a bad light on the whole clinic which is a shame because everyone else that works there was awesome i thought. Thats all.

The clinical supervisor Mandy is the type of person that I have noticed who works in areas of recovery that is out of touch with the patients and also her staff on occasion. Abuse of power and confidentiality are also major concern with her. It's a shame because all of the other staff there Doctor included are all genuinely caring and professional and honestly seem like they care about you and enjoy their jobs. I don't think Mandy will be enjoying a job there much longer from what I've heard which would be a Godsend for that otherwise lovely facility so I hate to give them one star but because she is the clinical supervisor I feel it necessary.

After dealing with a few different MAT doctors in the area, I was beyond blessed to find State College Medical. Everyone I have dealt with in this office goes above and beyond to make sure the clients are taken care of, and well. They are kind, compassionate, and just good at their jobs. Highly recommend!

Please do not seek help at this terrible recovery center. I've first handly witnessed the staff treat there patients like criminals or low life's. The supervisor Mandy and staff have no problem creating a non reliable, extremely hostile and discrimintory environment for any and all recovering addicts seeking help with medically assessed treatment. The staff also have broken confidentiality laws by sharing patients private traumatic events with each other.

Have first hand experiences with more than one person who has or still is attending this extremely mismanaged clinic. Trust me when I tell you that the “clinical supervisor” (not director, though she is bad enough) runs the clinic without compassion and absolutely looks down on the patients that go here. She is completely out of touch with patients and the staff. The only person she is nice to is the director because she’s “bucking” for her job. The clinical supervisor fosters such a stressful environment that nearly all of the patients have one complaint or another about her. Additionally I have spoken to recent former employees, one a counselor and one a dosing nurse. This supervisor was the single and/or the biggest reason why they left and sought out employment elsewhere. This is not a happy place to be! It will not help you in your recovery. Please, go elsewhere! Get the once a month shot from your doctor (not here). If you do ignore this post, get ready! You’ll know her because she stomps around in high heels and blue jeans which are truly not becoming of her figure. Good day!

The staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful, non judgmental & easy to open up to. You’ll feel warmly welcomed even as you walk into the front door. My guard was definitely up when I began at the clinic. I’ve been there for several years & don’t know where my life would be without the clinic & staff members I’ve grown to know & trust. I highly recommend this facility no matter where you are in the hopes of long term recovery. Recovery is a lot of work but oh so worth its success! I give praise where praise is due & this clinic deserves it in so many ways!

I love the staff! They put their lives on the line to make sure they are open for us. They are so dedicated and kind. The dosing nurse's are very patient and definitely put up with so much from some of the people who should be just thankful for the opportunity to be here. I'm so grateful for them and I'll always recommend that people who are looking for a new start in life and a way out of their addiction. You Should come here! Just know your treatment is your responsibility and depends on your attitude and strength to get yourself clean again. This will not work unless you do the work

All staff are welcoming and kind. There is no judgement. My counselor is great! She has helped me through many barriers to my recovery. The nurses there are supportive and helpful. The staff will put you at ease. The receptionist Vicky has said goodbye to me every visit. She really keeps the clinic running well! I didn't believe that I could be successful with recovery. This place has made it possible!
