National Council on Alc and Drug Dep ESG and PV

I was a client here in 2013 my counselor's name Chris I cant remember his last name , anyways he was always flirting with me, he told me if i didn't want to have oral sex with him he would call my CPS worker to let her know that I was not abiding by the rules in order to get my son back in my custody. So I decided to do what he said. He asked me if I lived alone I told him yes I told him though I can't go to my apartment with my car just in case the family member or friend went there they would call the police if I would not answer the door. He told me then to park my car at a local store and he would give me a ride to my apartment so we can engage with what I had promised him. So that is in fact what happened we went to my house and not only oral sex that I had to do with him I had to have regular sex. It was kind of a relief because I didn't have to worry about him CPS worker and get me into trouble and me losing my visits and my rights to my son. I know it's been a while but it's obvious that I thought that I was in wrong now that I'm older and my mind is more clear , I reached out to Mindy and Mindy was no help to me she told me that she would get me some information that I can contact someone and she never did that she brushed it off as if it was nothing I'm not sure who else to contact I'm thinking about doing a class action settlement but not sure if I can do that either anyways hopefully this guy Chris isn't there anymore using other women like myself.

Sadly I ended up here looking for help in anger management and parenting. And the counselors were amazing, great people. I learned a lot, mental health is an issue nowadays and I thank God for taking me to this place. Also, the ladies from the front desk were always super nice and helpful.

does what it supposed to do

The elder woman receptionist is horrible. She takes her time.the young teenager receptionist is a Lil more faster.that lady is very disrespectful, they moved her from front desk finally the lady there now is a Lil more professional

No customer service the receptionist has an horrible attitude if she don't like her job does something esle

Counselors are fine that's why I gave 3 stars, but the receptionist (who's also responsible for your records) is so slow and angry all of the time. She actually quit awhile back but here she is again. Asking her to collect a summary of your courses seems to set her off. I've been asking for an update since last week and the response is that they'll email me today. What's redicoulous is I'm otherwise done with my courses but I need the records for my attorney.
