Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Louis Berkley; “I am the throne and to the throne I am good… I have come to that that is all of that that I have came to and I have came… You have you have and you have won… You don’t have to think of the God damned and damned… I am good I am good I am always good… You don’t know me but if you had an anointment then you made your choice” (Holy Spirit.). Dr. Tae is a blessed man. Those Devil’s without grief, life itself are already in their after death heaven. For evolution of love of life they shall die with hurt and hate feelings, no grief. Grief is a hell to pleasure in the death of another Rudeness.
The ER is an absolute joke, nursing staff has no bedside manners. I’ve reported the same nurse Brittany several times, arrogant and act like patients don’t know what they’re talking about. I have two masters degrees and have been a science teacher for 10 years. Also have lived with type 1 diabetes for 22 years, but to be told things about management that are grossly inaccurate is insane. I have only ever had one good nurse in the ER department. They need to watch their cameras and see how lazy their staff is.
My husband really likes St Anthony's. Always gets right in for treatment and the staff is exceptional.
The ER staff are mostly smart-mouthed, judging people who treated me like crap. Sat in the nursing area laughing, making fun of people. They are not caring people, mainly rude, no matter what. There are a few people in there who are not rude, but the rest of them are very rude, judgmental, and downright horrible to me. Logan was the first rude one who started it as soon as I arrived.
To OSF (St. Francis + St. Anthony); your quiet guidance all these years, your refusal to extract without consent, your determination to follow protocol instead of immediately acting has been a silent but solidfying for me. I Pray to join the Monastery only because you all have shown me; it's okay. Thank you for everything and until again!
Spent years going to one nurse practitioner who never noted anything in my file correctly. This person actively wouldn't believe me when I presented symptoms at an appointment.
Nurses and staff very nice. But we waited for hours only to hear everything came back ok. She got home and started vomiting brown liquids and when I called they said they can’t evaluate over the phone coming back is up to the patient. Felt as if I could have got better medical expertise off web md 10/10 on nice friendly staff 0/10 on actual medical treatment!
Do not go here. ER nurse Natalie was absolutely horrible and rude, didn't give me the Rx I was supposed to get, blew out my vein after I told her the IV didn't feel right.
