I left Horizon's after two consecutive months of needing a refill and having to go without my meds for 2 weeks each time because they never fixed their answering machine. Having to go in and take time away from work to have to be reevaluated each time because someone new had to see me and ask questions that have answers on record.

Absolutely horrible, several years ago they didnt bill my insurance correctly and now any state return I get goes straight to paying for their mistake. Would highly recommend people who can do their job
