The office staff are always very friendly. I loved when Paul was there and once he left I started going to him outside of Lifespring. The counselors never stay. As soon as you get comfortable with one they leave because they aren't paid well. I have a case manager who really helps in getting my daily life organized.

This place is just very disorganized. I had trouble finding a good therapist for a long time and then I find Allison. After I find her I needed a case manager to help me move my life forward so they give me Brian Scully. Brian may have been extremely overwhelmed with clients because all he ever did for me was tell me how awesome of a person I was and to keep on trying at everything in the world. Just look for other places that are better organized.

I have been going hear for years now ever time I get a therapist they quit less then a year. I fill like all the therapists are unexperienced in there role and are unhelpful and sometimes down right don't know nothing.

Life Spring wasted over a month of our time before discharging my son and telling us they cannot help him bc he's autistic. I regret moving to Indiana unaware of the absolute lack of mental health services for autistic children here.

I see Tiffany at the Jeffersonville location. I felt like I was stuck, a bunch of old feelings and my past finally flowing out of me after 30 years. I was desperate to find a therapist that actually listened and could see me and my pain and help me grow. I was going on two years having a meltdown I finally got a call from their office and met her and after 4 sessions.. really after the second I finally had hope. Saw myself actually having a future. She is amazing and wonderful person. I couldn’t recommend her personally enough. As of now she’s saved my life.

Why is this location claiming to be the Jeffersonville location but the phone number goes to Paoli Indiana? If you hit the call button to call the Jeffersonville location on Spring you get the Paoli Indiana phone number and the Paoli Indiana location.

Therapist seen my child 4 times and then told me he never talks so she couldn’t see him anymore. I was never comfortable with her Line of questioning in front of my child so I know he was uncomfortable. The last day there she took him outside for 5 min, came back and said he couldn’t return because he won’t talk. A real therapist would have NEVER done this! She went out of her way to dismiss him and it was just strange. Just start away
