My 91 year old Mother received the best care here. The nurses, aides, and all of the staff were excellent. Especially her nurse "Lana" who was so attentive and compassionate. Thank You!!

Pls pls pls stay away for the sake of your safety. They release their patients at a worse than from their state of admission. Go to morristown!!!

I was diagnosed of Herpes) few years ago and my doctor told me there was no permanent cure for the disease. I was given medication to slow down the progress of the virus. At the initial stage it was not so bad till it progressed to a stage were i had difficulties going about my daily activities because i constantly felt pains in my penis, and around my genital were i had these blisters. I was totally devastated and i was even ashamed to complain to anyone. I saw a publication about a doctor called Dr.Uyi and from what i read, he was using herbal medicines to cure illnesses like HERPES, Human papillomavirus, ALS, Diabetes, HIV and so on. The entire shift who worked on Thursday April 9th, especially the Techs.....starting at approximately 1:30 p.m. Were extremely caring, nice, showed that we are humans and not just another number! So glad to write this wonderful post!

I go often for my son. The nurses are absolutely amazing and the doctors are usually nice but I’ve had 2 instances where when I went for myself, the pregnant doctor had a whole attitude because it was for something small but it was the only time I could go because of work and all the urgent cares were closed. And recently I took my 2 year old son who goes there often for ear infections and he tested positive for rsv but they didn’t give him anything. I knew something was wrong still a week later so I took him to an urgent care and he had strep. They’re nice but you kind of have to know some medical stuff (and I’m no nurse) and tell them the extra tests you want rather than them telling you what tests need to be run. Like if he had rsv which causes throut infections, you would think they would run a strep test after I told them he was coughing and with a sore throat for a week. They didn’t even give him prednisone

I want to shout out to the entire staff in the ER. My husband presented with an out of control nosebleed and we were treated with patience and kindness and skill. It was pretty tense and everyone remained calm and was very efficient. Special shout out to IVANNA, KATHRYN and VERA. They were attentive and very responsive to his case and we are both grateful.

Just want to make sure that all in ER & up in 3 North receive an "Award of Appreciation"!! The most professional staff, the best understanding staff & the kindness from every single person! My wife has been here over 5 times in the past 2 yrs & every time the "CARE" is ultimately the best!!! Also, there was a specia person that I must acknowledge:Dr.Bhojeewatte Soobrayn (Dr.Bo) . Dr.Bo is why this is an excellent hospital! Her leadership, professionalism & caring is shown in her mannerism. THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING CARE OF MY HEART..MY WIFE.

My mom just passed away Jan 30. She was admitted here in August with urinary infection and couldn't walk. No one took her case seriously . She went to PT but could hardly do it. Readmitred end of Sept and found to have bilateral fracture in back and had stroke while in hospital. While there were 1-2 caring nurses most could care less and her thrush got out of control, couldnt ear, horrible contractures and bed wounds formed and she was rarely turned every few hours. It broke my heart and I brought her out to Bethlehem for better health care. Doctors in Hackettstown never had solutions for her. I wish i moved her sooner. You expect good healthcare but this hospital just saw my mom as a woman in her 80s and did not care for her as she deserved.
