GetWell Recovery and Behavioral Health - La Grange

Situated along East Jefferson Street in La Grange, near Interstate 71 connecting the area to Louisville, GetWell Recovery and Behavioral Health (also known as Kentucky Recovery) supports adults facing opioid use disorder, substance use disorder (SUD), and co-occurring mental health conditions.
