I previously gave this place a 5 star review, which I am not changing to a 1 star review, for the simple fact that I attempted to get my medication dosage LOWERED and received nothing but grief, more stress, and more frequent visits. It’s all about the money.

I love it here. Bridget is amazing. She is my 😇 👼. I couldn't ask for a better provider. Clean Slate has helped me stay off of hard drugs for years. It is a great program if used properly. Extremely helpful and life saving in some situations.

It's just been a great just like it says clean slate it's just been a great clean and staff people are are sufficient and caring and yet they're there like a board you know that you don't even have to you need you know floors to walk on I mean they just really really decent and and uplifting and like upper ground movement and I think it's really nice
