The Women's Center was so nice, the white robes are amazing...made my experience so much better. Everyone had a smile and were so welcoming. The welcoming receptionist was warm and welcoming. It's refreshing to see employees smile and enjoy doing their jobs while treating every person with respect instead of just a number.

They have the most caring and kind staff I have ever seen. They treat you like family, they take quality care of you and your loved ones. This is a wonderful hospital facility.

My experience with Deaconess Memorial Hospital was extremely disappointing. I voiced that I felt ready for discharge days earlier, but my concerns were dismissed. Later, my insurance denied those additional days as unnecessary, which only confirmed what I had been saying. Now I’m being billed for that time as if I chose to stay without coverage. That is unacceptable. Patients should not be financially penalized because their input was ignored. It felt like decisions were driven more by hospital census than actual patient care. This hospital used to be known for compassion, but that was not my experience at all.

It took an hour for the nurse to bring Tylenol. Always an excuse saying they were busy..Just apologize and dont give excuses. The patient doesn't want to hear that .. ER department is going down hill. Doctor and nurses dont want to listen and aren't compassionate anymore. The receptionist even was rude.

I have a great nurse practitioner with this facility BUT I work swing shift and Memorial Hospital automated calling to remind you that you have an appointment calls often to remind you again and again and again, working nights and it calls at 7am everyday for the past several days! Annoying! Please stop calling people so much. Send me a text or message in MyChart.

This hospital doesn't care about thier clients. Anytime I have been or taken someone to this location the doctors/nurses act like you are bothering them by being there. I have been sick for over 2 weeks, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, extreme abdominal pains. I haven't been able to keep any foods or liquids down, they just come right back up within minutes. When I was checked into this hospital I was so weak I couldn't walk on my own. They gave me two IVs because I was severely dehydrated and then within 3 hours I was being kicked out, because they didn't know what was wrong with me. I was still vomiting, weak and not peeing. They suggested I make an appointment with my GP and let them deal with this. That was over a week ago, I haven't been well enough to leave the house and I'm not getting better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE HOSPITAL TO ANYONE. These people just care about gossip and paychecks, not you!

Today my little girl had dental surgery. Dr. Seng was amazing as the rest of the staff there. We have a saying in Evansville, "Whatever Deaconess touches turns to crap!" I assure you that is not the case for Deaconess Memorial Hospital. My child has autism. I've searched endlessly for months for a pediatric dentist to perform dental surgery on my child. Every dentist charged me for an assessment. I was out nearly $500 in assessments alone. I thought I'd just drive home to Chicago to have the work done until my boyfriend found Seng Pediatric Dentistry. Not only did they not scam me on paying for an assessment, they accepted her previous assessment from a previous dentist. They didn't schedule her out for months. As soon as my daughters pediatrician faxed her paperwork Seng Dentistry got on it! Everyone welcomed us with open arms. They were kind. Her anesthesiologist even pulled her person cellphone out for my daughter to use her to calm her down! I drove home in tears... Happy Tears! THANK YOU FOR CARING FOR MY BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GIRL💐
