Outpatient detox here truly helped me bring my life back into balance. I came in dealing with addiction, stress, and a lot of fear about the recovery process. The team handled everything with patience, understanding, and genuine care. They supported me at every step and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. What stood out most was how well they addressed both mental and physical recovery. I never felt judged or rushed. The staff listened, guided me properly, and helped me regain control with a structured and supportive approach. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and scared, but I walked out feeling hopeful, stronger, and more confident about my future.

I hit a phase where everything felt out of control. Life was loud, messy, and heavy at the same time. I just wanted balance. I just wanted to feel like myself again. Walking in, I did not know what to expect. But the counselors changed everything. They were supportive, professional, and actually listened. No judgment. No pressure. Just real conversations that made me feel seen and understood. That alone started my recovery. The outpatient setup made it easier to stay consistent. Structured, convenient, and clear. I knew what to do, where to go, and how each step was helping me move forward. I was not lost anymore. I felt guided the whole way. Looking back, it was a deeply positive and stabilizing experience. It gave me control again. It gave me balance again. And honestly, it gave me hope when I needed it most.

I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic September 27th. Staff handled my PTSD and withdrawal poorly, and I was abruptly discharged without proper planning or transportation. I felt retraumatized and unsafe during my time there, and my concerns were dismissed by staff, including Social Worker Nicola. I was promised a safe environment to work through trauma, but instead, I was left feeling unsupported and unsafe. I was given a paper with resources and told to go out the door scared I had to cross the street Nicola demanded me to leave even tho program was over 2:30 my safety wasn’t priory feelings were I was woken up 1:20 pm to Nicola and some random child discussing my Discharge I had no problem with discharge even asked to come back and still Nicola gave a hard time I said my mom is freaking out calling can someone call her she also has PTA’s with my situation she refusesed and made me leave I called her for resources to the state and she got upset and projected and said you will not hold my clinic accountable for your behavior???? Behavior Erica the nurse even admitted with me being hospitalized going into fighter flight, the And missing Program she requested that I stay in the quiet room and see how I felt throughout the day. But I didn’t even get to sleep in the quiet room they put me in another room. I fell asleep in a chair. Erica came and told me to lay down on the couch. Sad. Very Dehumanizing To say the least all other staff are beautiful and have beautiful hearts this will not go untouched and this will never happen to another patient I’m a survivor of sexual assault Recovering addict and I will not be silenced. Shout out to JESUS KYRON NATASAHA not sure if the other nurse name was Amanda her skin is flawless! Another great gentlemen he is bald lol forgot his name But Erica very disrespectful very disappointing for you to ignore somebody’s request and try to take To make it about herself and her boundaries at this point it’s And it was about me and my safety, and they were willing to kick me out in a crisis And I don’t doubt that this has happened before it just nobody has spoken May God bless this facility May Justice be served will always Not to mention while I was talking to the police decides to shout at me then finally got me a Uber that’s the least the could of did for what happen today. She said she rather let the state handle it so I called the cops ! Very well done staff !
