I really appreciate every part of this process I have been through with these guys! Mrs. Brown is such an amazing soul. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not a case number. I’m thinking of continuing sessions even after my required ones are done just so I can have that freedom of no judgment or anything when it comes to talking about personal life and feelings. For the people that walk into this place and already have their minds made up about what it’s going to be, of course it’s not going to be good. For those that come into the process with an open mind and positive attitude, I don’t see how this can’t be helpful. But if you’re looking for advice on who to pick if you’re able to go so, Melanie Brown is hands down just amazing.

Every step was very well explained and what questions I did have were answered very well. It was pretty much a seamless experience which always is nice when you are dealing with stuff like this.

I cannot speak highly enough of Randall Dixon. He is easily the best therapist I’ve ever worked with—phenomenal at what he does and someone I truly felt comfortable with. However, I’m deeply disappointed by the corporate side of this practice. After losing my insurance coverage, I reached out to transition to self-pay. I was told my rate would jump from $150 to over $220. When I asked about a self-pay discount, the representative (Morgan) informed me that because they are a publicly traded company, they do not offer discounts because they need to maximize revenue to "support clients." It is heartbreaking to lose access to a provider I trust because of what feels like corporate greed. Prioritizing profit margins over the continuity of care for existing patients is a massive failure. If you have great insurance, Randall is worth seeing, but if your financial situation is at all variable, be wary of the lack of flexibility from the front office.

I had a great experience with LifeStance. My therapist, Dan, took time to prepare for each of our therapy sessions and helped me in many areas of my life.

Absolutely ridiculous! I am a new patient and my first visit went fine- I like Alisha as a therapist but the office staff is completely incompetent. I arrived for my second visit only to be told when I checked in that “my therapist went home sick for the day”. Mind you, I am physically disabled so driving there was difficult for me in the first place- it took me 35 minutes in traffic to get there. Now the receptionist is telling me my therapist isn’t there. NO ONE reached out to let me know or to reschedule! When I confronted the dumb receptionist with proof that no one called/texted/or emailed me with that information- she said in that winey voice we all know well “yeah…sorry about that.” No sincerity in that at all. So I was forced to turn around and spend another 35 minutes in the car on the way home for no reason, no therapy appointment - which I desperately needed by the way, and I was left with no explanation, and no alternative options. This place just plain SUCKS- such a waste of time. Don’t come here. Ever.

I feel very grateful for Brandon Morgan’s careful, and thoughtful treatment of me at a very fragile place in my life. He was very compassionate and present with me. Ha saw me…. That’s so important to be seen. And he saw me. He saw past other peoples assumptions of me, and confirmed where I was really at. I Gained so much more confidence because of his care filled treatment. On My third appointment with him I chose to have therapy as well as his help with medications. I’m just as pleased with the therapy as it was from the beginning with his compassionate ways. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who is struggling. Thank you, Brandon.

It was fast and easy to schedule a first appointment and my provider was professional and compassionate. This was probably my best and easiest experience scheduling an appointment with a mental health professional.
