If I could leave it at 0 stars I would. I have nothing new to add... The reviews that other clients have left have said everything that I have to say, and ITS ALL TRUE!! IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE AND YOU VALUE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is dirty and trashy. Skip here and go to GENESIS! Thank me later!

My boyfriend (he is leaving a great review also) and I have been a client at BH a little over a year and we both think the entire staff is wonderful!!! They always treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. I have been to 2 other facilities in Laurel & Cherry Hill and BH is by far a much better Facility. Each and every staff member has greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing EVERY time and I consider them all to be more than just "staff". My Counselor Megan is phenomenal, she answers every phone call or text message and really listens to what I have to say and sometimes I'm sure I ramble, lol. I can talk to her about anything and her advice has helped me many, many times. I consider her more than my counselor she's my friend. I have NEVER had a false positive, EVER. I think you have to be honest with yourself and not blame BH, that's a part of recovery, personal responsibility. BH's staff members are a big part of the reason I am currently at the highest Level, Stage 4, and I am over 6 months clean!!! Hats off to you BH because of you I'm sober and I finally have my life back!!!! YOU GUY'S ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND SUPPORTIVE!!! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!🙏🩷

Complete fraud of medical services. Abusive of clients similar to opiate street trade. Even the " security" doesnt have enough self respect to have a name just a letter. Culture ? How?Never once met my counsellor in 2 years in person, so i have come daily while counselor has her kids on zoom while clients are talking.They make you sign your treatment plan as part of your check in process. So in essence, withholding the medication from clients until they sign. Let's be honest when withdrawing are we competent? I mean legally so much leniency is geared toward the addicts I wonder why? It's in best interest of places like this to take advantage of vulnerable ppl.They have to get their poud of flesh as well. So go here if u have no stable medication. Understand it's up to u in order to get other things in your life square that maybe leading to using. Other than that methadone as detox is awesome

This place is awful. If you want to keep your sobriety, GO ANYWHERE but here. The owners only care about money. They could care less about the patients. Everything is always on their schedule and they give no lead way. Daily there are angry clients just trying to get dosed but the clinic always has issues. Horrible service.

Please, nobody go to this awful place. Go to Genesis if you need methadone. A heartless Indian named (Dr.) Imanoel runs this ghetto dump. Imanoel is pathologically incapable of compassion or sympathy. Nobody working at BH cares about you or your recovery in the slightest. Imanoel is cruel, and that pathetic little troll enjoys the power he wields over vulnerable people who depend on methadone to keep them drug-free and alive. Imanoel is a cold, heartless parasite who presides over a ghetto back-alley type clinic which facilitates an atmosphere of constant oppression. Patients are frequently visibly angry at BH because of the cold way they're treated by Imanoel. All this DUMP cares about is getting your $$$, and once they have that, they want nothing to do with you. You deserve better than this continued abuse. Go to Genesis, please. They're not criminals there like they are at BH "Health Services".
