Baylors House is a phenomenal program the staff genuinely care so much about the clients, they focus on your trauma assisting you in working through your trauma, helping you to understand the underlining of why you turned to substances, the clinical team are the best so caring and supportive. I give Baylors House all the credit I am a graduate I am sober, got a job, got great sober people surrounding me. Baylors House was the best thing I could of ever done for my life to get on the right track so thanks Baylors House I love you so much for the guidance to a sober life

If you’re committed to saving your life from addiction this is the place to go. I’ve tried several inpatient rehabs and Journey is the most recovery-minded place I’ve been.

I came to the Baylor house after I did 3 months stuck in orientation at Odyssey house, it was night and day difference. At Baylor's, they let you keep your dignity without treating you like an irresponsible child who cant be trusted. We get to have money on us to go shopping at the store on Saturdays, and there's only 14 clients so we get one on one personalized care. They don't treat us like another name on a piece of paper that they're just pushing through the system to get a paycheck for. Overall they're here to help us succeed and actually care. The Gym every morning is a plus too. Not many places have a nice house that's brand new and a pet cocker spaniel that will melt your heart. This is literally the best treatment center you could chose.

The staff at Baylor house or so passionate about getting us through the program and helping us become better I absolutely love this program it's changed me from a violent convict to a loving caring person that wants to be in society clean not addicted to drugs not hiding my feelings from the world and being angry and violent I wish you it's okay to be compassionate and that's okay to be open and discussed with how you're feeling with people they're there to help you you don't have to hold all that pain inside as for the house it's absolutely beautiful you eat very well they feed us great the food is awesome we have a cook that cooks for us a chef everything in this house is absolutely wonderful I recommend it to anybody if my friends or my family needs to be in a program I would recommend this program I would come from a different state to be here

Coed rules are not enforced. Not a good setting for addicts. Look elsewhere if you have been living with an addict and the pain that comes along with that. Because it will only get worse if they betray you while they’re trying to get help.

I have been to a few treatments before and Baylor's House is by far the best one I've been to. It's a smaller number of clients so there is more individual attention paid to each person and they do their best to get to the root of everything. They are surprisingly flexible with many issues and you can feel legitimate care from each and every person that works there. They are also really good about taking the clients to different places to get you out into the sober community and provide so many options/tools the bolster you recovery. I learned quite a lot in the groups and individual therapy as well. If you are tired of standard overfilled treatment centers and you're really trying to give yourself the best chance of succeeding in your recovery, this is the place to be.

This is a coed facility and sexual relationships are allowed to happen. I sent my partner here for recovery and the last chance of our relationship and he ended up having sex in the treatment center and subsequently getting someone pregnant. Now my life is in shambles and no one is taking accountability. He is not sober anymore and on a full bender and being extremely abusive because I called the treatment center out on his sexual. Misconduct. Do not send your partner here if you have any hopes of them coming back as the same person they were. He spoke about how great everyone was and it seemed like he was doing so much better until he was allowed to mingle a little too hard. My hopes of mending, our relationship was the end of it and now I am paying for his Mistakes, as if living with an addict wasn’t hard enough
