They have done a good job in helping me come back to normalcy after a long term episode of bipolar symptoms. Everyone there has been pretty nice to me overall and I haven’t had any major issues. The only complaint I have is that they’re only open on weekdays as far as I know, which makes scheduling appointments challenging because it sometimes conflicts with my work hours. Everyone there has been attentive to my needs and overall general health and I can tell that the staff I’ve worked with actually care about helping people. I’d give them a solid 5/5 stars.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review of My Treatment Program Experience I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation for the treatment program that truly changed my life. When I first arrived, I was broken, confused, and unsure of what direction my life was heading. I didn’t know what to expect, but from the very first day, I was met with warmth, compassion, and understanding from the entire staff. The counselors, therapists, and support team genuinely cared about my well-being and helped me see that recovery was not just possible — it was achievable with patience, effort, and faith. The structure of the program was very well-organized and provided me with exactly what I needed: accountability, education, and emotional support. Each day was filled with meaningful sessions that focused on self-awareness, relapse prevention, coping skills, and rebuilding relationships. I especially appreciated the group therapy sessions, where I learned that I wasn’t alone in my struggles. Listening to others share their experiences and being able to share my own story helped me feel understood and accepted for who I am. The one-on-one counseling sessions were life-changing. My therapist helped me dig deep into the root causes of my addiction and emotional pain, teaching me healthier ways to manage stress and confront challenges. The staff always treated me with respect — never with judgment — and encouraged me to believe in my potential. I learned how to set goals, manage my emotions, and rebuild my self-esteem step by step. What made this program stand out was how it addressed the whole person — not just the addiction, but the mind, body, and spirit. We participated in wellness activities, recovery-based education, life-skills training, and even faith-based discussions that strengthened my sense of hope. Every day felt purposeful, and I began to rediscover a sense of peace and direction I hadn’t felt in years. The living environment was safe, clean, and supportive. The community among the residents made it feel like a family — we encouraged one another, celebrated each other’s milestones, and leaned on one another during hard times. The staff was always available, whether it was for a late-night talk, encouragement after a tough day, or guidance through difficult emotions. Looking back, I can honestly say that this treatment program gave me a second chance at life. It helped me develop discipline, gratitude, and self-respect. I left the program not only sober, but also stronger, more confident, and ready to continue my recovery journey with clarity and purpose. I am forever grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication of the team who made such a difference in my life. If you or someone you love is struggling and looking for a place that truly cares, I would highly recommend this program. It’s not just about treatment — it’s about transformation. I’ll always be thankful for the guidance, wisdom, and love I received here.
Citywide is a very reliable Mental Health/Substance Abuse program!
Citywide Behavioral Health has been a great experience...The staff have supported me through the ups and downs in my recovery journey and also given me a stable environment to progress.
This program has literally saved my life. I don't know where I would be without it. They have given me the tools I need to deal with my mental health and substance abuse issues.
Friendly staff great enviroment overall pleased
If you want an educated, proficient provider that’s honest about your process and say what you want to hear, then she’s possibly a good provider for you.
Can't give zero so here is your 1 star. I went in for my initial appointment to hear some therapist yelling at their client. Filling out the paperwork made me feel like I was being checked into REHAB? Before my psych appointment they told me to come back in for urinalysis test. I want my voluntary therapy to be based on TRUST, not DRUG TESTS. Also, they do not use technology for appointment confirmations.
