The staff is amazing.
I have been thoroughly and completely satisfied with the care and compassion Silverman has showed me in treating my Pain Management requirements. The staff has always cared for me as a person - making sure to work and understand my needs and provide me the understanding and care that I need to address the intense back pain caused by my spinal condition and by my dependence on opiod pain relievers. I have been surprised and delighted by the comprehensive and deep care and concern they have showed me. You can expect them to take good care of you.
I have tried several programs all over Maryland and this is the only one I've been able to get stability at. I have over 4yrs clean and I believe it's because of the support and environment at this program. Great staff and great counselors. The most important thing may be, no drug sales on the property enticing relapse.

Silverman was there for me a decade ago and they are here for me now. I transferred to Sibus because they were closer to my home and regretted it from day one. I reached back out to Silverman and got back in the very next day the staff is knowledgeable and empathetic to you and your situation. The counselors are flexible and very nice Receptionists are organized quick and friendly and respectful Director is also kind and caring Please if I want real serious help reach out work with them and they’ll always work with you. Can I give 10 ⭐️
If your looking for help be prepared to come in at 530 in the morning or else they can't help you and they have an attitude like they could care less if you can or can't. Not very accommodating Edit: no thanks I found a different company who can accommodate patients better. Some people work nights and dont get home till 2 am. You are a business, its your job to be open and accommodating to your customers. Besides the attitude you all have I wouldnt go there anyway.
