Brandi at Turning Point Centers – Team Mountain View is truly one of a kind. As a Program Manager, she showed constant kindness, compassion, and deep respect for every single client—including me. She made the house feel like a home, and her presence as a “House Mom” is something I’ll truly miss. Brandi had this beautiful way of making people feel seen and valued. Her idea to bring clients together and create a sense of community turned us from strangers into a little family, each on our own healing journey. It meant so much, and it helped so many of us smile and feel safe during tough times. You can tell this is more than just a job to her—she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in everything she brings to the program. Thank you, Brandi, for everything. I never write reviews because I don't know who even reads them still. But this location specifically was a much needed reality check. If I didn't go here, my life would have gone down a really fatal spiral. I felt supported by enough staff who knew what they were doing and constantly trying to improve. Everyone in my life has noticed that I'm doing a lot better physically and mentally as well. Every time the program had a major problem... It was fixed very fast. I have had mostly negative experiences through navigating mental health, so this place was the absolutely most positive experience I could have.

The Mountain View house in Turning Point is an excellent facility with staff who truly care about each client. The facility is clean and comfortable. They are a small facility with a maximum client load of 8 people, so you really get individualized care and attention while dealing with your mental health concerns. They also have case management services to assist with things like aftercare, housing, employment, and other resources. The staff are always available to listen, lead groups and teach coping skills, and help the clients get the most from their time in treatment. The program director, Brandi, is always working hard to make sure the clients have everything they need and she really, truly cares about each person who comes through. The ancillary staff are all excellent, fun, and caring people who help the clients feel at home. Mikey, a therapist, is one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with! He is personable and friendly, and takes the time to get to know each client so he can cater to everyone’s individual needs. Everyone on staff makes a huge effort to help new clients acclimate to the program and environment, which is especially important when most of the clients have varying levels of anxiety! My experience at this house was positive and I appreciate everyone who made me feel welcome and worthy of the help I was there to get. They are a great option for anyone who needs post-acute care for mental health concerns!

They will lie to you and gas light you to get you in then tell you that your in the wrong

My time at Turning Point was invaluable. I'm not being dramatic when I say it saved my life. I honestly hope that the people that helped me see this review. Shout out to Rachel, Heather, Mike, Alex, Maggie, and everyone else. Thank you for everything. They showed me that I'm not the things that happened to me, I'm not my mental illness. Since leaving, I've been promoted at work and I enrolled in grad school and will be getting a masters degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. I never thought I'd be able to make it another year in my life let alone continue my education. I'm so grateful for the hard work the treatment team put in. I can't recommend Turning Point enough! If you want to get better, if you want to heal, this is the place for you!

I've never felt so welcome and confident in my treatment then I do here at Mountain View Residential Treatment. Everything from the therapist, to the admin staff, to the chef and the support staff are incredible. They truly want me to succeed, even if it means telling me the hard things that aren't so pretty. I am SO grateful to be in this house, I finally have hope for the future and am optimistic. I will not only survive, I will THRIVE. Thank you Turning Point!
