I had a wonderful experience with MCC. My dad needed to have a court ordered assessment completed, and we went to a few different places trying to have it done, but we kept getting rejected because my dad doesn't speak English. I offered to translate but no one agreed to that. I was getting frustrated not being able to find where my dad can have an assessment done, and I was so happy when I finally found this place! They have been amazing since the first call I made. The customer service rep was nice and transferred me to the supervisor, Mariana, to help me figure it out. Mariana was so nice, and friendly, I felt like I have known her for years, even though I've never met her. She put me in contact with Karla, and it has been a blessing ever since. My dad doesn't speak English or Spanish, but Karla went above and beyond to help us achieve what he needed. She took time out of her personal life trying to come up with ideas on how to overcome the language barrier. I am so grateful and happy that I have found this place. It is people like these that restore my fate in humanity. When every other place turned their back on us because of the language barrier, these guys stepped up and actually helped! I can't express with words just how amazing they are! I recomend them 100%.

Horrible first experience . First time I encounter a RECEPTIONIST rude , unprofessional, and disrespectful… 1st : her English it’s hard to understand 2nd : lack of patience and poor communication skills , do not listen How is it possible because she explained once and I didn’t get all the info and I re explain my case she was frustrated and complaining saying : OMG , OMG … when I asked something … its unacceptable specially at a mental health place encounter someone like this that can’t even deal with frustration. 3th : didn’t catch the names properly and didn’t even ask how to spell a last name that it’s hard to understand and contains 13 letters , I might have to verify all the info before set up an appointment.
