Awful experience. Kathy, Kelly and most of all Steve are very rude and unprofessional! Ive lived in several sober livings and this was the absolute worst. Long story short, I called out a girl in group for running around outside on Halloween in her underwear. She broke down in group and started crying. Obviously I felt bad for making her cry but I was just observing her inappropriate behavior. She went to the staff and told them I gropped her (100% false) a few days later and they told me to get off the property within 2 hours! They would not tell me who accused me of gropping. I soon found out she disappeared the same day I was kicked out. Hopefully back to impatient where she belongs!! Thanks to this sober living and management my treatment experience went from amazing in impatient to absolute trash as soon as I got into their sober living

After my children’s father passed from cancer. I came up from St. George to go to this treatment because they allegedly specialized in mental health (PTSD) I received no support in that area. I was on day 28 when they kick ed me out at 10 pm at I was 4 hours away from where I live. They told me they would call the cops on me if I didn’t leave. Their reason was I had tested for fetenayl and carafetanyl for 30 days, it would be out of my system and then it would show up again usually after gym. Looking at my tests my metabolite was under 300 ml. I explained that when you exercise it comes out of fat. I explained to clinical that you can’t even take one hit and it would be significantly higher than that. After re searching it themselves they let me stay that evening they did a room search and in one of my bags the staff who did my intake had left a broken phone in my bag it didn’t turn on, you could tell it was broken. I didn’t even know it was there. That’s when they gave me 30 mins to get out at 10 pm. I wasn’t able to take my all my stuff which when I went back to get most of it was stolen. They didn’t give me my suboxone I told them that they had to, I wasn’t leaving AMA , I didn’t want to leave. they were kicking me out and they had to give them to me my medication. They were giving me no choice but to use, they just threatened the cops which they knew I had a warrant , they were supposed be to help with my court stuff just threatened to use it against me . Typically if a treatment doesn’t believe in the 12 steps they are a patient mill they are setting people up to die all they care about is money

unfortunately I contacted Google and could not find the option to leave a negative 10 star review. I've been to jail once and would much rather go back than stay here again. The staff are manipulative and controlling and almost forceful about taking medications... I felt like pac man but worse with those pills. no freedom and no personal space anywhere or anytime in the facility. WARNING!!! your personal items are at very high risk in this facility. I've been discharged and they still won't give me my phone back. this is technically theft of my cell phone. I haven't smoked or vaped nicotine in 4 years and my roommates left their vapes all over the bathroom counter making this environment for me a very high risk for relapse.

They say they address mental health but they really don't. Abandoned me when I needed services most. Don't know what I am supposed to do now. Really good therapists and treatment team though. I hope others are still able to benefit. Don't tell someone you care if you really don't.

The therapists and staff helped me learn life skills that have helped me to develop long term goals of sobriety and recovery. I am grateful to Turning Point for all of their help.

Such a great place. They are caring and give you solutions and sober advice from great counselors

They do not treat people with dual diagnosis. it's a marketing tool to get more clients . I went here mere weeks after my fiancee passed . Begged for medications for my mental health. They put me on suboxone I begged for the less addictive version bupernorphine . Because I became too much (un treated mental health) and they told me to leave at 10 pm with no more then 30 minutes to pack. They gave me 3 subs knowing I couldn't legally get more because i had 30 plus days left , that my only option was to use. I told them I would die they said the therapist already know and said you can only take 3. This is not morally right. I would of stayed . I didn't give up they gave up on me. Please do not put yourself or anyone u love through this patient mill their are so many good places that care!, wastach - diamond detox - hope rising - lions Gate all places where they actually care , your not just a paycheck .

Turning point residential was such am amazing experience for me. It helped me love myself for the first time in my life, and has given me a new chance at life. The house was beautiful, food was amazing, support staff was always kind and understanding. The therapists helped me so much and gave me the tools to know how to transition back into the world. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to go through their program.
