Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

If I could give no stars I would. I've had 2 appointments and they either didn't send the link or it was the wrong link. Act as if it's your fault you miss appointments. And don't get me started on making an appointment. No one ever calls you back. Never used to be like this, they've gone downhill.
Sucks!!! Never can get a hold of anyone!!!!’
Talbert House on Gelnway Ave has been taking care of me since 2012. I was in a really bad way and they go above and beyond for my care. It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most. If you have mental health issues, this is the place to go!
I been going here for 10 years. The staff are incredible
Very dirty stinky place!!! Wouldn’t recommend . Dangerous! Not for regular people. For drug addicts … therapist said I was cool. Very confident and that I was just being misdiagnosed but I hated every second I had to be there. They’re looose on drugs on though. Can ask them for anything even if it’s dangerous and they’ll give it to you even if it’s bad for you
Used to be decent but there case management is trash now the Doctor pelnick is horrible to makes judgement calls and pushes medicine on u this place is really went downhill hope they get shutdown and a better agency opens up better off going to gcb
Impossible to get anything fixed when it goes wrong. Seems like nobody in the office answers their phone or checks messages. I've called several times, talked to people, left messages, and even showed up in person for the last 2 weeks (and every time I do get to speak with some one they "were about to call be back" so I know they are always just lying to my face). I'm still waiting for the only employee in the department to do their job so I can get a refill on my medication that they prescribed me!
Ah it's where I go for meds just wish I could get more help. I miss my therapist but they let him and many other's go since covid. 😞
