Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Jed Burton and his case manager, Michelle are extremely threatening in nature and concerning when working with families. If your loved one is getting help from here.. I’d be aware and watch that your loved one is in their best interests. The lies, the bullying and Michelle pushing herself into personal family business has been very concerning. These people only want money and control. My family and I rethinking using this faculty due to lies, and bullying. Be careful. These people will lie and create problems.
I appreciate this place. I can happily say that im 2+ years of sobriety and got the help I needed in every aspect. They are all very understanding and have been helping me to stay going forward. If YOU actually WANT HELP they will help you! Take full advantages of their services they can assist you. Make a change for the better! Thanks WHS
I have been a client since 2022 and they have been good up intill my mother had cancer and my father had heart failure you can't predict these things. They refuse to work with me. They wanna gold me accountable to not cancelling and i did. So you tell me
I have been a client here since 22 and I have had nothing but problems. I get canceled on all the time. But if your in drug court they expect you to be there and on time but once you become a client off the drug court they no longer do things correctly. Alot of hassal and promises broken. If you break the rules your in trouble but if they do nothing happens. It should go both ways not just one. Also i have to state they don't work with you if your having problems like your father having heart failure and your mother having cancer. Also college they want you to fail.
If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be where I'm at today. Everybody that works here seems to care genuinely about their clients especially Sandi Nicotera
Nice nurses and Dr Peterson does his best putting extra time and study into your condition.
Been going here for various reasons for over 20 years. Have always had good experiences, the staff are awesome and always helpful.
I have received services here since 2019 - current. I was first introduced to the facility as part of my recovery program. I wanted change and worked the programs. They worked. I've continued using the mental health therapy. Changing therapists if I didn't think they were a good fit was never an issue. My daughter also uses their programs on the youth side for mental health. I see Joni who is a prescriber, she's great at what she does and cares about her patients. It's a great community resource for bettering your life and knowing you're not alone. My life has changed so much that I have been enrolled at the local University pursuing no less than my Bachelor's for the past two years.
