Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Typically the initial stage of treatment for substance use, focusing on medically supervised management of withdrawal symptoms.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Great place! Very professional, but also don’t tolerate any nonsense or B.S.. Do your thing , mind your own business. The staff are all nice, friendly, and polite, and if you’re honestly there to do what you’re supposed to do to, and get back a healthy, productive, life that you and your loved ones can be proud of, then this is a great place to be a part of.
Staff is great except the doctor. He thinks he knows your body better than you. Blind dosing? How 1980s is this? He doesn’t know how strong fentanyl is. They won’t give you nearly enough. He won’t help you. Don’t waste your time.
I need to get a appointment I had one and went to the wrong place last week and I am going to go to the one on West flossant I been trying to get in so go
Ew. Just dont.
The most obviously prejudiced MAT provider in the bistate area. If your name sounds “white” you’ll never be admitted. I can’t understand how this place is still open. Blind dosing?!? Dose caps?!? Rejecting services due to meds from REPUTABLE MDS? Never been so glad to leave a place in my life! Not to mention the urban hell scape you have to go through just to get here. People leave their kids OUTSIDE, like dogs, year round. How this place is open I’ll never understand. Was WAY different when it was off Skinker in the 90s. Although maybe not, I just wasn’t ready to quit so 30mg whenever I showed up wasn’t as bad I guess?
I was a patient for 5 years attended many clinics in st Louis area all the way back to dart in '98 I've seen how they all are ran and it's the only place that's black owned and staffed there is not one white, Hispanic, Asian even the guard is blk one thing about it that separates it from other clinics is you hardly see your counselor after COVID it's just over the phone the doctor will not under any circumstances put you over 100mg even if you transfer they accept Medicaid and private pay you only go Mon thru Fri takes on Sat sun other clinics 7 days a week including holidays I left to go to the hospital for 9 months and when I was discharged they made up an excuse that I was taking narcotic pain meds witch I was titrated off of in the hospital they have zero tolerance for any pain meds if you take benzos they want you to jump through so many hoops you may have to stop all in all if you blk and Wana stop opioids this is your place
Mrs Brady the tall one with short hair is the BOMB 💣 THEY KEEP IT 2000 , ( MEANS REAL) AND THEY DONT PLAY ABOUT BEING CLEAN
