Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Very frustrating experience. Staff were sitting at the desk or outside in their car smoking, yet they couldn’t accept a nursing student who had been in class all day. I tried to work around my schedule as much as possible, especially since you don’t close until 5 PM, but I was still turned away. I explained to the woman that I am a nursing student with a very busy schedule. A physical and urine test do not take long at all—I can even take my own vitals. The quickest physical I’ve ever had took about less of 30 minutes: hopping on one leg, then the other, blood pressure, eye check—very basic. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing. I’m only coming here because my job requires it for pre-employment. Otherwise, I would not choose this place.
Very unprofessional
This place is horrible
This organization it's worth the time. My girlfriend was struggling with severe anxiety and depression and needed help. She came in for an evaluation and for months she's just been ran around and been labeled a alcoholic and sent to AA meetings which made her lose the job at Honda. They said they would be able to help get her back to work and they didn't. The completely fell through and ruined her to the point where she cannot function at all... Do not go here if you need actual help. They are a waste of tax payers money.
Fortunately, I wasn't calling TCN for any couseling needs and after the lack of response, I'm not sure I would ever use their services. I called and left four messages for Tasha and one for Babrbara and never received a call back from either.
It's hit or miss. The psychiatrist we found is a gem, who shares her professional advice after listening to our experiences and concerns. Dr. Kaitlyn Pollack is professional, understanding and friendly. However, finding a therapist that you trust and respect is a process, because you likely will have to try a few before finding the right person to help you. We went through six therapists in six months at the Xenia location, because they shuffled us from one to another regardless of the fact that my daughter was there for help with *separation anxiety*.
I've been a client on and off for multiple years for Substance Use Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. I've always been pleased with the care I receive. I've participated in their IOP, PHP, After-care, individual therapy, and psychiatric programs. I've received medical help including the Vivitrol shot. The counselors are great (I've had at least seven different ones) and care about their clients. They are able to refer to higher levels of care if needed. They accept Caresource. And, as always with mental health facilities, you usually get out of it what you put into it.
TCN has dropped the ball on providing services to my tenant. Not only have they failed to be co-payees for her rent and bills, they have also failed to communicate with me & failed to submit paperwork to GMHA. .Due to their lack of proactive actions l am being forced to evict my tenant. Please don't donate $ to this bureaucracy who fails to do their jobs.
