Just meh. Nothing really special to be honest.
Have you noticed their response to every negative review on here? "Thank you for your feedback. Due to Federal HIPAA and 42CFR regulations we are unable to respond or comment on reviews" That should tell you all you need to know about this horrible place. HIPAA is NOT a shield for poor service. It's a tragedy that mental health is not handled better in this country.
I feel like I can't trust therapist if they not gonna bring it up or even talk to me about it this is the second time I had to deal with this im at that point where I can't trust them two stars for me

We’ve had a very positive experience over all with Wasatch behavioral health. The front desk is always helpful for me and my kids. Zach has been a consistent, all-around fabulous counselor for my family for years now. Knowledgeable, encouraging. I also come here for medication providers for myself and I’m continuously impressed with how relatable they are, empathic, and willing to listen so we can work together. I’m grateful for this whole group. Thank you for being here!
I’ve had great experiences working with Sharday at the front desk. She genuinely cares about my children and she gets things done accurately and quickly.
I'm sad at how complicated it is to have intake or first visits to get help . Sometimes people come here in crisis because they can't handle the psych ward. I can't imagine how many people are no longer with us because of the hoops and loops this place has for patients . I'm really disappointed. It should be way easier to see somebody and get help asap instead of specific dates and times . It makes zero sense .
