My individual therapist was wonderful, and I truly felt I made great progress while working with her. However, after reaching the maximum number of covered sessions, I unexpectedly received a bill for more than a year’s worth of services. At no point during treatment was I told that I owed anything, and this only came to my attention once I was no longer a patient. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to contact Bert Nash to discuss the matter, but no one answers the phone, and my voicemails and emails go unanswered. This situation has been extremely frustrating. In the past, my group therapist was suddenly let go just before a scheduled meeting. I only found out via email, was never provided any further explanation, and the group was never re-established. Although I was initially upset, I moved on since no other problems had occurred. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with significant billing and communication issues long after ending my care. The lack of transparency and responsiveness is unacceptable.

They lay off my case manager who does exemplary work and then replace him with someone who can't even take me to a doctors appointment leaving me to either uber or rely on someone on the transitions team. I cannot recommend anyone seek services here and I will be surprised if they are still open by years end if this is the type of service they consider acceptable while laying off people who do excellent work. My time with psychiatrists and therapists are fine but the case management team is a dumpster fire. lay off people and then get surprised when their remaining case managers are too overworked to deal with everyone from their former coworker's case load. I will most likely be looking into withdrawing from case management services and switching my therapy and medications over to Heartland.

Bert Nash has helped me a lot over the years I've been with them and are very helpful and kind people. They do everything they can do to help the community. If you feel you need help reach out to them.

The home is outreach team and rapid rehousing team have been incredibly great I am so humble and thankful and grateful for all they did for me Kelly Thomas went above their call of duty to help me in my time of need.
