I tried to reach out for help from this treatment center. I explained to them I’m currently addicted to a synthetic opiate called kava. I go through very intense withdrawals when I don’t have it. Cold sweats. Restless legs watery eyes literally no sleep. I have almost ruined my life being addicted to these shots. I desperately need help and they made it seem like they didn’t even believe I have a “real” addiction because they can’t see kava on drug tests. I have never felt so invalidated I hung up and cried. I still need help and don’t know what to do anymore. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you need compassion and ppl who actually give af.

Montgomery Metro Treatment Center is an incredible facility with even more incredible staff. Every member of the staff are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to do everything they can to help you. In a time when recovery is often stigmatized, compassionate staff with lived experience is KEY to connecting on a personal level with people going through substance abuse recovery, and in my opinion, Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and everyone working there, from the receptionist, to the counselors, the nurses, and the doctor, are all godsends. If you are apprehensive about getting help here, please, I urge you to come inside and just ask to speak with any of the counselors, or nurse Tony. You WILL be taken care of here, you will be seen not as an addict but as a person looking to make a change, take the first step.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn’t ever seem like she’s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion 😂 She’s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she’s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it’s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

They saved my life years ago

The facility was clean and ran efficiently. I guest dosed for 2 weeks and the process was made easy. The staff was polite especially the receptionist and nursing staff. HOWEVER, I've been in methadone treatment for 10 years and the methadone dispensed at MMTC was pink in color not red and tasted watered down. I guest dosed for 2 weeks and after day 3 I was in withdrawal. I just started guest dosing at a closer clinic and could see, taste and feel a difference immediately. ALSO I had a credit with MMTC and when I met with the kim in finance she was not only rude but advised me my money would be reimbursed to me in 6 MONTHS and ONLY if approved??? I'm not sure why having my own money given back to me would need to be approved but hopefully in 6 months I'll receive a check in the mail.

Guests dose and they were absolutely outstanding. They were so informative about how it was handled and it went so smoothly and the staff was so professional next time in town will be more than happy to dose again with them

Very friendly snd caring people I had to help a friend with a ride a lot and the ppl are very nice
