I recommend New Vista to anyone who wants to get their life back. From the moment you walk in the door, they know you by name, they care about your mental health as well as your physical health, they treat you with respect and are the utmost professional.

I was just calling to continue my counseling services now I have a job and my insurance changed. I've never called this establishment before. However within one minute of the conversation I realized they are rude talk any kind of way and then she transfered me to number when I was just trying to get to info. I hope she was just having a bad day. This is why I cold turkey everything. Because they think when you come to them they can talk to you how ever they want. So no I don't want to experience how they treat you. Won't continue my journey their.

I transferred from another place. I've never had a dirty urine in 14 months. I was told the day I transferred I get my take homes. 12 days later I'm still daily dosing. They refuse to fix the situation instead bring up Marijuana that's been In my system 14 months. They are basically using that to fraud my insurance. They get paid more by scheduling several appointments etc when they offer no services your lucky to get dosed. Now I'm losing my job and probably moving back to somerset to my original clinic. Either way they are losing my business

This clinic is a joke.. The doctor will give you medicine if he’s in a good mood if he’s not you’re screwed.. I went to the clinic for my medical health and substance abuse health and they did not care about neither one and I’m still not understanding. They have a doctor on. She refused to see me and I don’t know why the doctor treated me at your own wheel, but it’s a terrible terrible.

I went in holding my head down in shame but from the ladies in the front office to all the nurses and on to the therapists, councilors and Doctors I have never once felt like I have ever been judged or looked down on
