Needed a death certificate signed, a doctor took SEVERAL weeks after the date of passing to sign it and missed a portion to fill out. The funeral home contacted the doctor, the doctor then refused to fill out the death certificate at ALL. No large benefits for vertans, these people risked their lives for this country, stop giving them nasty food and small rooms.STEP IT UP.

I took my husband to the ER at the VA yesterday and we absolutely had the best care from Dr. Latino and nurse JB. They were both very compassionate and through! If I could give them all the stars I would. Thank you both!
