Real Hope Behavioral Health is a division of Isaiah House, Kentucky’s largest community-focused nonprofit addiction recovery organization. Focusing on Christian values and evidence-based practices, Isaiah House delivers a faith-centered, holistic continuum of care, with Real Hope serving as the outpatient arm. Flexible, Personalized Outpatient Treatment Real Hope Behavioral Health offers intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient (OP) programs. These services are designed for people who need continued care without the need for residential treatment. Treatment plans typically include medication-assisted therapy (MAT), individual and group counseling, peer support, family or marriage therapy, and case management. Additional services such as DUI assessments, court-mandated evaluations, crisis intervention, parenting classes, and aftercare planning are also available. Accessible, Affordable Care Real Hope Behavioral Health is CARF-accredited, and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and offers self-pay and income-based sliding scale options to make treatment more accessible.
