Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

They just call your family members and rat on you when the family members are not the client and the doctor forgets about you anyone and I don’t know what the point of the services are
If I were you reading the reviews, don’t ignore those bad one’s because you will regret it!!! I would rather eat rocks than deal with them! Diane at the front desk is so incredibly rude and doesn’t make anyone feel welcomed!!! They only care about if Medicaid is going to pay them and not anywhere close to client care! You feel like a number and you will most likely get a CSS fresh out of college that has no idea how to support anyone! And don’t get me started on the South County location located in the Lamplighter plaza, they are 100 times worse. It seems as if no one knows what they are doing including management!! If you can, go literally anywhere else!!!! Especially if you want actual help and support!!
Not really sure what services provide me they give you prescription medication and contact people in your family you tell not to it’s not professional

I love my social worker Shalonda Card. You only get out what you put in when it comes to your case management. I was housing insecure for a period of time and couch surfing and she was able to hook me up with resources until I was able to mediate my living situation. I do know other unhoused people have issues with other social workers, while that needs to be fixed, my social worker is proactive and attentive to my needs as a patient. I do wish that they had more PSR groups in the evening because College conflicts with that. They don't have evaluations at thus office, I know Social Workers can hook you up with people within the network who can but that's my only gripe. Do keep in mind if you use pot or anything they can't prescribe controlled substances, luckily my General Practitioner knows I've been on my ADHD medicine for years and is willing to prescribe it. I have treatment resistant depression and I know that there's a controlled substance which is a psychiatric that helps treat depression and C-PTSD that I am interested in, and while they can't prescribe that for me specifically Shalonda ADAPT and CHN will help you coordinate care to ensure you have a psychiatrist who can offer you psychiatric treatment even if its not through the psychiatrists at ADAPT.
Terrible personal experience. Some may have better. But this place has high turnover for their case managers which has made working with them more difficult than not. Since being with them I’ve had two case managers and both were brand new and didn’t have many resources or information and had to always “get back to me” (rarely did they). My last case manager I met with once, we had some scheduling conflicts and she just stopped responding to my texts emails and I even called her supervisor in case she had quit. No one ever called me back.
Perscribes heavy antipsychotics and sedative medicine but will abandon your care if you have adverse side effects
For the most part the company is fine you will have a good experience, beware if you and up being with adapt of missouri for many years like i have you will eventually face many problems as case work Attend to show favoricism and case worker will have you do everything on your own even if your sick or Desperate need of assistance this company doesn't help you with Resources They can help you find Resources alot of people are good listeners and will help but there will be times where assistance just isn't available also case manager can be bias behind your back without you even knowing it be careful who you tell your Business too not even freaking case worker care about your issues
