Horrible lazy service. They continued to charge my insurance for 2 months after I had completed all of my treatment and my court case was closed. I have asked for an invoice 7 times to the same number id contact for scheduling. They replied for scheduling and I get ignored about invoices unless it’s an automated text containing false info about my insurance and them continuing to charge after my course was completed. I asked many times for a certificate of completion in the month leading up to my court date and I had to call them repeatedly after being put on hold for extended amounts of time. Eventually I contacted my therapist and she was able to write a letter to my lawyer. The office is ran by 3rd graders it seems. But the therapists are great hopefully they go somewhere else and don’t get tied down in this shitshow. Literally go ANYWHERE else.

If seeking treatment please look elsewhere. I’m concerned that a BHT doesn’t know the difference between a Police Report and a Probable Cause Report. Yes, the PC is the sworn affidavit necessary in order for your Therapist to do a assessment. That is all….carry on. Annnnd if I could post without giving a star I would have.

They fined me $120, twice, even when the links they send don't work. I called to ask what the $120 was for and Melanie said it was for a class. I checked my bank account and saw that I already paid for my classes and that the two $120 fees are for not being at an appointment. Here's the thing, I never receive the correct links to the meetings and several times the person I was supposed to meet with didn't show up. If you are court ordered to do classes or therapy, DO NOT go here!!! I was referred by my lawyer. There are other places. It takes forever here because they are all unprofessional and I suspect they dont know what they're doing and don't care and just let problems persist. They will find ways to fine you and are hard to work with. I just got off the phone with AVY and was told that the owner will contact me. Yeah, right...

Horrible, lazy and false promises Took months (6 months) to start my classes I’ve called and they have just hung up They answer after calling multiple times Was told they would help me send a notice to the court about how they noticed me trying to start classes but couldn’t due to their new faulty system that they started using and promised they would mention it and send it before my court date . Guess what they did ? They Send it hours after my court date and didn’t mention the part where they didn’t help me for months after constant contact with them and blamed me for their actions of not being responsible for their jobs. I have to pay over 800 a month to a v y and they don’t even do their job right . It’s absolutely ridiculous. I don’t seem to be the first one experiencing this issue with them . Staff needs to do better and Surpervisor need to actually supervise

This has been the worst place to ever work with. Constant false promises. No calls no shows from the therapist. Constant lies telling you will hear about getting in the weekly meetings. Run far and run fast before you ever think of using AVY counseling It’s funny you respond with saying you work with peoples schedules. No you don’t. You have rescheduled me every week since November. Zero cares given. Keep trying to reschedule me during times I’m working. AVY is nothing short of a failure to help people and take care of people in the community. If you truly cared you would stop the same copy pasted reply and actually help others in making sure the therapist can even make it to an appointment. It’s a joke that AVY thinks this is even acceptable.

My entire experience at AVY has been really enlightening. Carlie does an incredible job at teaching and you can tell she has such a genuine care for everyone she works with. Truly everybody there is extremely helpful and caring.

The counselor doesn’t care about the individual and doesn’t listen. They’ll lie in the assessment then say that you’re a higher risk for recrimination that you actually are. All they want is money, not growth and prosperity
