They administered a vaccine to my daughter , a minor , without consent of a parent or legal guardian. We called and requested 2 vaccines ( yellow fever and malaria) so my daughter can go on a humanitarian trip to Africa. They set up the appointment. My wife sent a permission slip with our daughter to receive the “ required “ vaccines. The nurse then advised my daughter it is recommended she also get the typhoid vaccine, rabies, and get a booster for meningitis. My daughter being unsure of the situation and the funds needed for the vaccines declined the rabies shot but accepted the others ( which drove the price up another $100 ) as the meningitis was covered by insurance but typhoid wasn’t. Not sure how they get away with doing more than was requested with a minor. Maybe I’m missing something. Luckily the typhoid vaccine is pills she can take so we were able to return those and get her money back. Pretty frustrating situation.

So many wonderful and sincere staff members work here. So many resources and are willing to help those out who have the desire to help themselves and want to change for the better.

Good luck ever trying to get a hold of these people! You can try to call if you want, but you will never get a human.
