Absolutely love this place . It saved my life . Coming from someone who was extremely lost . And they helped me find myself . I truly recommend this place . Please make that first step .
This place is the most strict and judgemental clinic in South West Ohio. I was here for years and they have been getting more and more rude as time goes on. If im even a little bit late they will crucify me and have me wait for awhile only to tell me that im a bad boy for being late and they will make sure to beat a dead horse and REALLY let me know i did wrong and then reschedule me for a day when I have to work and then crucify me some more when that date won't work and I ask for the next day after that but that's never good enough for them they jump at any chance to scold you. I have two jobs and im 32 and I have a beautiful 10 year old autistic daughter that comes in with me sometimes and they will even scold her the whole time even the doctor even though she's the most well behaved child on earth and immensely polite and Christian. Today was the last straw because there wasn't a single person in the lobby but me being slightly late was enough for them to crucify me and reschedule me yet again. I lost 1 day worth of meds after years of compliance and they cut my medication in half and told me that they didn't trust me and me having "less" medication would make it easier on me so that way its "less" to keep track of so I won't lose it again. I told them I found it and I bought a lockbox but nope that wasn't good enough and now they won't even dose me in person and I must wait until my next appointment to receive any care. This is after 4 years of being there and they have always been rude and judgmental beyond belief but in the last 1 to 2 years its been getting very bad. The childless female doctor is the meanest and strictest and most judgemental woman I've ever met in my life. She won't let my daughter breathe incorrectly or move an inch while in her office or she will scold her to death its absolutely horrific how we were treated when we are both normal Caucasian young Christians who couldn't be more compliant or polite if we tried. I have to end up begging them for medication by the end of it and they never have grace or mercy it's almost demonic I don't understand what fuels their hatred. Maybe it's because im a man and they are all women but the one time there was a male doctor everything was night and day different but that ended very quickly as the new female doctor took over ever since and they have been very aggressively rude since then about a year ago. I switched to CleanSlate today because my mom tried Brightview and hated it and left very quickly to go to CleanSlate and she absolutely adores that clinic and they got me in the same day at 3:30 pm after Brightview crushed my soul an hour earlier. I'm conservative but the CleanSlate clinic is very LGBTQ friendly and non judgemental and I thought that would be weird but no they are like angels compared to Brightview. I feel so welcomed at CleanSlate after my visit with zero animosity. Please take my words seriously I know people don't use reviews much with clinics but I always review everything on google and not just bad reviews, im leaving a flawless review for CleanSlate right after this one.
They do an effective job of giving you the tools, motivation, and support that one needs to succeed in recovery. I'm very thankful I found this facility. I've been blessed with 6 successful years in my recovery.
I’m always here for 2+hrs. For a five minute appointment.
I love Brightview I've been going there for almost 2 years and I've never been to a treatment center that I honestly love going too ❤️.
I tried on my own to break my pain pill addiction. I couldn't get through the withdrawal symptoms. With Brightview help I am pain pill free for the past 4 years. They are good people offering real help. Thank you Brightview. Kevin
Brightview doesn't care about your sobriety. They don't observe you submitting for a drug test. What place does that? I can easily bring in someone else's urine in place of mine if mine is dirty.
Brightview in Centerville has an amazing staff and Brightview in general has an amazing team. I can honestly say this place and these people helped save my life after 20 years of addiction and mental health issues. I can actually lead a normal healthy life thanks to the help and compassion from this place and the team of amazing people. I could never express the gratitude my heart feels for the people fighting with us for our recovery!! Thank you so much! ~Kristen B.~
