I have a loved one who comes here, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Each visit involves waiting over 3 hours just to meet with a therapist for barely 10 minutes, followed by a brief telehealth check-in with a doctor. It’s also very concerning that the therapist and doctor never seem to be on the same page regarding treatment plans.On top of that, the therapist instructed him to arrive 30 minutes before her 8 AM appointment so he could be seen before her scheduled patient which was confusing and unprofessional. The insurance situation is also unacceptable. They told us they can only process one insurance, and when asked why, the only explanation given was, “That’s all we can do,” and we were told to choose which one to use. Overall, this place comes across as unorganized, unprofessional, and more focused on money than patient care. They need to do much better, especially when people are coming to them at vulnerable moments looking for help

Worst place in ky they are rude unprofessional and do not care about your recovery all they care about is your money they talk to you like your less than them or a convict but expect you to not defend yourself when they talk to you very badly they caused me to relapse because of there negligence and there inability to keep employees

Bright view in Henderson ky is a blessing they been by my side through thick and thin and all the staff there are so understanding and kind. Best recovery ever in my prayers. Jason Hammons

I've been going here for almost two years and the one on one counseling and medication has really helped. But they recently changed and got new staff that have no clue what they are doing they actually took my co pay twice out of my account. I will no longer let them keep a card on file they also took a random 65$ out of my account a few months ago

I wouldn’t be where I’m standing today if I didn’t get the push from these amazing people! I’ve kept up with my sobriety for over 2 years and am in a better mental state and health because of them! I would 1000% recommend going here in order to seek help with sobriety and mental health. Only you can want the change in your life and the staff here will be rooting for you if you show that you want that change! the staff here is amazing,kind,and most definitely supportive! The staff here will always have a special place in my heart ❤️
