Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Recently moved here and had my 1st appointment here. Now I know why there are almost no cars in the lot. They need to learn how to treat veterans! From the time I was called back by the nurse he was dismissive. He didn't care at all what was going on with me, would cut me off mid sentence. Then the Doctor came in and it was even worse!! She just wanted to rush out of the room. Now I have to deal with my issues all alone. I will be contacting the PT advocate and if I have to go higher i will!!

This is a secondary medical facility that has limitations to assist in taking off the number of Veterans being seen at the regional facility in Indianapolis. For the most part the facility is excellent with the resources provided to them and is also altered by cutbacks that have impacted the services that they want to provide to the Veterans.

I was schedule for a appointment at this facility on Feb 11,2026 for a 10am and at 0747hrs the morning of my appointment, Tyrone called and asked if I could come in an hour late. I agreed and when arrived at 1115hrs, I was told by Rebecca that she couldn't see due to me arriving at 1115hrs. If I could accommodate you'll at last minute and change my day, then I should have been seen. You'll want us Veterans to give you'll a 24 hour notice if we can't make the appointment but it's fair for Rebecca to not see me because I'm 15 minute late to a last minute time changed appointment to help you'll out!!!!!

WARNING: C&P Exams with Dr. Gregory Page (Section Chief) If you are scheduled for a Compensation & Pension (C&P) exam at this Brownsburg location with Dr. Gregory Page, you need to be extremely careful. I had an exam here on Jan 29, 2026, and it was adversarial, unsafe, and designed to trick the veteran rather than treat them. 1. The "Parking Lot" Trick: After my exam concluded, Dr. Page followed me out to the parking lot to return a hat I left behind. As he handed it to me, he intentionally dropped it on the ground. This was a calculated, non-clinical "drop test" to see if I would bend at the waist to retrieve it. I did not, because I am disabled. This is entrapment, not medicine. 2. Safety Violations: During the exam inside, Dr. Page explicitly ordered me to "push past the pain" and "bend as far as physically possible" during Range of Motion testing. This is a direct violation of VA safety regulations (DeLuca v. Brown) which state testing must stop when pain begins. He also forced me into non-standard yoga positions (Child's Pose) to try and trap me. 3. Falsified Records: In a previous exam at this clinic, Dr. Page listed my diagnosis as "Chronic Sinusitis" on a Spinal DBQ and checked a box stating my back condition had "No" impact on my job, despite me being a manual laborer (electrician). Do not trust this provider. If you are assigned him, bring a witness or request a different doctor immediately.
