Levels of Care
Our admissions team will work with you to explore the right payment options based on your needs, ensuring you get the best possible treatment.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I've never been to a clinic in a Third-world country but I imagine it would look a lot like this place. Everything in here is broken, dirty and outdated. The exam table is full of rust and held together with duct tape. I should have turned around the second I walked through the door. I can't even imagine how much they will be billing my insurance company for.
Brian and Brianna together. It took a while to get back there but they were nice and really getting ppl in and out as soon as possible.
If I could give negative stars I would. Back in July of 2024, I scheduled a women’s wellness appointment with Dr. Jodi Rai at CareSTL (the clinic my United Healthcare insurance recommended). From the minute I stepped in the door, everything about the experience was HORRIBLE. The woman at the front desk who had my drivers license in front of her still managed to enter my name in the system incorrectly, also listed me as a male (hilarious, since I was there for a women’s wellness appointment), and neglected to sign me up for portal access (which is required to access test results, etc. - you cannot get results any other way and cannot sign up for access on your own). The experience got worse when my appointment started. Because my blood pressure was high that morning, Dr. Rai for some reason thought it would be better to skip the regular exam and instead sent me to get my blood drawn for various tests she did not explain to me. The entire interaction took about 10 minutes in her office. Two weeks later, after over 20 unsuccessful calls to CareSTL to try to access the results of my blood tests, I gave up and decided I would never work with this medical group or Dr. Rai again. I canceled my follow-up appointment, without ever having actually received any services or test results from CareSTL. Never heard from them again…until TODAY, eight months later, when I received a text informing me I owe $223. For WHAT, I wondered?! I have called the office over 10 times during open hours this afternoon and pressed 9 to talk to billing, but no one actually answers. Called back and asked main desk to tsf me to billing and was told that’s not possible- keep trying. I called my insurance instead and learned that the problem is CareSTL did not bill me for a women’s wellness appointment, which is what I scheduled and went in for and which would have been 💯 covered by my insurance. They billed me for a 1st time office consultation, so now I am stuck paying the bill for basically no services rendered. Avoid this establishment! I’m mad that my insurance recommended this place.
Do NOT do business with this clinic. We have thousands of dollars of unpaid bills for services already rendered to this clinic. They have been dodging us for months, have told us that they are "out of cash", and refuse to pay their bill. DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO THIS CLINIC.
Dr. Specter is an outstanding podiatrist. He is experienced, confident, patient and informative. He got me back to 100% and I am very grateful.
