Licensed primary mental health facilities provide specialized care for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. By offering early intervention and comprehensive services, they promote overall well-being and prevent long-term complications.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

Tiffany Ames gave my information to another client. Apperently she got sent an email after I called the crisis line. Yup thanks for adding to the hard time I was already having. Wowza! Other staff gossips about patients too.
I brought a family member to the Wellness Recovery Center after hours a week ago. The family member was in active mental health crisis and had called to verify that crisis beds were available. It was an awful experience and we ended up leaving. When we got there, the staff person who let us in, didn’t say anything to us, aside from asking if my family member had been there before. He said no and the staff person just disappeared into the back, leaving us in the waiting room with a few other people who had also been waiting for quite a while and one person who never even got checked in because the staff assumed they were with someone else. How hard is it to explain what to expect and let the client know when to expect you back? The staff member reappeared after about 15 minutes with a specimen cup, which she said was for a drug screen. Still no explanation of the admission process, or what to expect, and she disappeared again. About 20-30 minutes later, the staff member returned with some intake paperwork on a clipboard. Still no asking why he was there or any explanation of the intake process. After about two hours of waiting, with no information about this process, all the while more people coming into the small waiting area, we went outside to get some air. My family member reported that they didn’t want to stay and felt safe going home with their partner. This was a terrible experience for a person who was already in crisis. The people in the waiting room were more helpful and kind than the staff.
These people made up a huge lie and said I repeated in the sink this was back in like 2020 when I was homeless my name is Mitchell Brown and I should be taking them to court
Columbia Well.. that's not legal. They distributed my health information with employers and others that have zero legal reason to be aware of anything. The counselor I was given could have been a random person off the street. I went through natural helper training in highschool and I would say that even 20 years later anyone else that went to that training would have more tools than who I was given. I explained very thoroughly to my prescriber that I had spent the last 20+ years building an environment that allowed me to work around my social anxiety challenges and that I used riding my bike to regulate my emotions that the natural production of dopamine and serotonin and that I was dealing with a dorsal vagal shutdown and was trying to stabilize my environment so that I could get comfortable again. The prescriber just taunted me with the fact that he had the ability to communicate with my employer and kept prescribing more stimulants. I have a very sensitive stomach and most medication l causes more discomfort than help and was making my anxiety fat worse. He didn't care and said here try Venlafaxine. You can double the dose weekly until you feel better completely avoiding the fact that that's an extremely hard prescription to get away from. He had the prescriptions he planned to put me on picked out before our appointments. I had previous trouble outside of Columbia Wellness with one of their utility personnel and would get phone calls from Columbia Wellness with a man telling me to turn myself in to the police. I also got charged $200 each for multiple visits that I never even scheduled. I suppose the Quack Pack has to get paid whether they apply themselves or not.
My son was in this program and we basically got pushed right through it.Appointments were always getting mixed up.I called to file a complaint and address the issue and because the person had worked there for so long they basically didnt believe my son or I.Just looked past it and said that she would never do something like that. The fact that no one called me back to talk about it actually concerns me.On a good note, there were two people who we worked with that were pretty amazing and did do a good job.I wish the best for them.
I have nothing but kindness, compassion and empathy from the front desk, intake and now my therapist. Amazing place to go for your mental health!
They completely dropped my son as a patient with absolutely NO warning. Worst clinic imaginable!
Columbia wellness is 5 stars all across the board. The counselors are fantastic, and they are truly concerned about each patient. Also I might add the resources they have show true concern for the patients. Between Columbia Wellness and Recovery Cafe in Kelso, There is no reason for anybody to be homeless and on the streets !!! JESUS BLESS !!!
