Columbia Wellness Outpatient and WRC

Tiffany Ames gave my information to another client. Apperently she got sent an email after I called the crisis line. Yup thanks for adding to the hard time I was already having. Wowza! Other staff gossips about patients too.

Had a therapist share information about me to another client about what was said during a crisis call without my permission. No release forms were signed for this person and at this timeI had not been enrolled in therapy. I had to hear about it from the client themselves. Tiffany Ames-you are gross. Not sorry.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Spent an entire year with a therapist who can care less about my problems. Often times making my symptoms worse or exasperating them. Left this office with no resolution to my issues and developed new ones. I’d stead clear of Columbia Wellness, and their WRC.

Came here to pick up a friend yesterday and heard 2 employees out in the lot gossiping about one of their clients I only caught one name tag of a Jill and some other lady who looked to be in the bigger side. But this is extremely unprofessional and did not need to be talked about in a public space let alone in general I thought this information was supposed to be protected

I went here a few times during the last year of my addiction for Detox. Just celebrated 15 months clean. My date is February 20, 2024. Life is amazing today. If you were looking for a really good Detox this one is it. Staff is super helpful and caring , You get your own room and they have snacks that you can get whenever you want. They also take state medical and you can smoke here if you smoke cigarettes. I can’t say thank you enough to all the staff here for helping me in the start of my recovery journey and for telling me not to give up and not judging me when I kept coming back multiple times. Thank you, thank you for helping me get on this path of a life worth living! Recovery is possible and this can be your first step to a new life. Best of luck to you.

Got my brother into detox. On day 7 they DC'd him to the street when three inpatient facilities had beds.

So hard to fine unless you go to Vancouver first and they give you the private address

I had a assessment here and the entire experience felt like I was stuck in a time loop. Same questions on repeat for three hours. The employees are nice but their system is flawed.
