My experience with this clinic has been nothing but fantastic. The staff here are very patient, respectful and friendly. I have had a few counselors. I would complain but I have really liked each one, and look forward to my sessions. This IS the only clinic I have personally attended but, I have had friends attend other clinics and it has mostly been negative feedback. I would definitely recommend!!

Out of 3 clinics i have visited …Georgetown most definitely is my least favorite! Especially after going to window to pay and the tech said “ you were disapproved on your request” Ok let me explain— I am self pay & have been coming to clinic here about 2 .5 months and every week I pay usually for 3-4 doses , sometimes 5 in advance. Unfortunately I got covid around 12/2/23 which caused COPD exacerbation so I missed 6nites of work with no sick pay! Thats my problem, but I asked my counselor if it would be possible for me to pay Friday for T, W, TH plus I would pay for following doses in advance. Get the picture ? I was shocked when dude at window says “you were not approved, so how would you be oaying!!” I mean we’re talking 45$ that aint gonna close the place down, but 45$ will allow me to get gas and have a snack or something , because I cant do both pay to dose and have gas and food to eat!! Oh well Im sure that director lays her head. Down at night and sleeps very well! Sweet dreams & Merry Christmas!

I've tried several different ways in MAT and honestly this place has helped save my life. The staff is wonderful they actually care and try to help you out w you ask for help and they have people who come and spend one on one time with us and provide the information we need to find housing......help w bills.

This place has given me the ability to have a much better quality of life. Without it, I ‘m on a path of destruction. I see ppl come in and there lives are unmanageable. I see them again after 3 months and they look healthy and take pride in themselves again. That in itself, is a miracle.

This clinic pics and chooses who they will allow to dose right at closing time. The lady let some ppl dose after 930 but not others. Not fair. At all.
