It is very important for every patient to take some real time to seriously contemplate the extremely difficult, constantly demanding, emotionally exhausting, almost always thankless, yet crucial, work the courageous young women of this office do each weekday. I am very glad they are there. They somehow remain ready to help me even when I totally do not deserve it. We should never take them for granted, but I am afraid it happens frequently. I just think it is important for me to acknowledge. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

Andi is a Life Saver is all that really needs to be said. She is a wonderful doctor and person as well. She listens, understand and works with you THAT'S JUST WHO SHE IS- A LIFE SAVER

Normally we're in and out,but today was a little bit busier however they worked my nephew threw to get us out of there. Thank you brandi

Miss Andi has helped me so much, she goes above and beyond what you would expect. I couldn’t have done it without her she is my angel. I am way closer to the east side clinic but I drive the extra 25 min. They are all so great.

I've enjoyed Dr. Andi for a very long time she finally fixed what I couldn't all my life she's like family too me she completely understands me best Dr. By far I've ever been too would recommend too anybody who's looking for someone who cares

First of all...my wife & I both see Dr Andi & we both consider her the best Dr we've ever seen. Period. If it wasn't for her we both feel we would likely have been dead yrs ago. She's went above & beyond for us & we owe her everything. Second, I would like to address the post by "The Doctor Review"...my wife went thru a full hysterectomy, had absolutely nothing but help from Dr Andi...if what your claiming is true, which experienced tells me it's not, maybe it's just you as a person. Your post just goes to show how much of a prick you are. If your post had any truth to it, it seems like something you should have handled face to face in the office. You crybaby about them not answering, not returning calls...appearantly your not intelligent enough to go to the office before your supposed 45 calls. Who the hell would call that many times without finally just going? Seems to me you just wanted to slender a good Dr after a crybaby experience. I hope your new Dr is aware of what they have gotten into with you & bought shares in Pampers. Get a life

After reading the current reviews on Google the obvious conclusion is that my provider Andi at JR South is an amazing human. I can’t say enough about her and the staff. I have had years of experience with treatment and other providers and there is no perfect place. Andi is as good as it gets. She is caring, compassionate and professional. She is easy to talk to and is kind enough to allow couples/spouses to come to appointments. This was great for a one time thing for my wife so that she could understand and be a part of the process. Personally after reading the one bad review/experience I just have one comment. Why did they not go directly to the office? It just seems strange and I would never let someone write a review for me.(spouse/famili) I just don’t trust it and advise anyone who reads this to do the same. No one is perfect and even healthcare professionals make mistakes especially when they are busy. I think we forget they have lives also. I will conclude by saying Andi and the whole staff has my utmost respect and after moving I drive one hour just to see them, when I have an office much closer. This place and Andi saves lives, mine being one! I highly recommend them above the big chain clinics also.

I have been with doctor andi and her staff for almost three years now for addiction and mental issues and I have seen other doctors over the years and was right back in the same old shit . After meeting Dr andi and starting treatment with her I have now been clean and sober for the whole time that I've been seeing her and my mental health and stability is remarkable not only was that accomplished but I'm pretty sure that she literally saved my life I was on a dark path to hell with no means of changing and no intentions on changing it but she has turned me a 180 degrees and like I said there's been other doctors,rehabs with no prevail but she has become family to me and I no where I would b with out her help she has been a miracle in my life that no one can contest therefore if your struggling with addiction or with what today's everyday life can throw at you and you think there's no way out your WRONG there is let's admit it does have to start with you but if your wanting the life that we all want deep down inside give them a call set up a appointment and let Dr andi help you grab life by the ass and take control of yourself believe me if I can do it anyone can so pick up the phone and make that call you will want to thank me and especially the entire staff at journey road..... So what are you waiting for??????
