This place is probably the number one reason I am still here working thru my steps to recovery. I'm so grateful for my counselor, O, she has forever changed me in all of the good ways

Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I am so grateful we finally have a clinic in Longview/ Kelso! We've needed one here for such a long time! If your ready to change and do what it takes to get your life back on track, this is the place for you. ❤️

I have had a pretty decent experience w/this place in general cont to give me the knowledge to live a clean and sober life. Have I been falsely accused by this place, yes more than once. I continued to stay regardless knowing I wasn't going to let this very same place that has falsely accused me of opioid use and have me be triggered into losing all my yrs of sobriety. Due to their lack of therefore should know better that's not in my life and hasn't been in over 17 plus yrs now. I've had a few hiccups along the way but that was my going back to old relationships, people, places and not putting myself first. My late dad was the wonderful father that drove me daily for over a yr to my first treatment facility in Portland Or and being able to care for him and my late mother never feeling tempted to use or cheat, came from me learning the way to always live a sober life not on again off again but I owe you daddy for caring so much about me and being their for me unlike so many others that shame me to this very day that I still cont treatment and live a clean and sober life. Thank you Daddy I love you and mom too. I miss you both so very much.

I honestly can't say enough about KTS. I have always been treated like a human being. Because of them I'm clean, I have my life back. I know it alot work and determination but the staff here are really nice compassionate and again have always treated me good. I've never felt that they think I'm just a looser and junkie. As a patient we can make our experience good or bad. I'm very thankful we have this clinic here.

This place has literally saved my life. I have an amazing counselor who sincerely cares about what happens to us. Unlike most who are just there for a paycheck. I am truly grateful for the 2nd chance that this place has given me.

I know people will put the clinic down sometimes however most that do were dropouts or flunkies that couldn't follow the simple rules. Most were possibly not ready for recovery. I have been a patient of the parent company for 10 years, Accordia. I have experienced 10 years of a new life. Partly because I followed counseling and put forth the effort. Recovery is simple. You only get out what your willing to put in.

This clinic has literally helped save my life & helped me get my life back. I started at Kelso Treatment Solutions about 12 days after they opened & they have came pretty far from starting with one counselor, the director, a receptionist & a doctor. The main problem they have is having hold ups in the dosing line constantly. There are 3 nurses, but most of the time when all 3 are there, one is doing intakes, with as many ppl that are coming in at times, they need to make sure they have 2-3 nurses just for dosing, at least for when it gets busy, they also like to hold u responsible for the actions of somebody u live with, even when you have earned your take outs after being clean 3 yrs & still have to go dose daily at the clinic. I have experienced the end of 1 pregnancy while there, & another whole pregnancy while there & they were all great. This place is amazing & I have the BEST counselor that I have had since my first day. Overall this place is amazing & I would highly recommend it to anyone that would like help & wants to get their life back.
